That does sound pretty good. I smoked a cumin injected turkey. Wife’s sister brought a ham. It was a very nice day for a family get together. Drippings from the water pan after you’ve smoked a turkey makes a wonderful base for gravy.

There's one I've always wanted! Congratulations. I was once at an estate auction to buy a Lightning short rifle in 38-40. I kept bidding and bidding.
