I've wondered for years why the American Civil Liberties Union hasn't been screaming about gun control. To me it is definitely a civil liberty issue. At least now, I can feel they are on my side for something.

  In my lifetime, I've noticed a sharp contrast in attitude among them as well.

My wife would be good at a filabuster. She can talk uninterupted for more than 13 houurs straight.

I'm good, but always looking to replenish stock of what I've reloaded since the weather's been nasty.

50 cents a round and $20-$30 for the mag.   I'd wave three bills under his nose and see what happened.

I'm using a chamfer tool. I'm not in a big hurry, however. Just killing time until better weather.

It depends on what you have and what they have. I'd gladly trade Wolf or Tula 7.62x39 2 for 1 for 556 American Eagle or the like. I wouldn't, however, trade 1 for 1 my Lapua or Norinco 7.62x39.

  I picked up a few of those as well. They work great. I don't have any Pmags to compare them to.

  If it were a no primer situation, I would have happily bought them. Due to bad weather, I've reloaded a lot lately, and was just looking to restock a bit. I still have more.   I've learned that if you keep a stock of supplies on hand, and replenish it as you use it, these times are aggravations rather than emergencies.   I'm afraid I'm turning into a grumpy old fart. Yesterday, paypal declined a purchase I was going to make, stating I'd reached my sending limit and needed to get verified. Well, that entails giving them access to my bank account, which I'm not about to do.   Things are changing, and I just don't like change.

You all do make good points.

I had one of those in a former truck years ago. It worked great. I forgot all about them. Had one of these once as well. It will ruin a wood stock if a gun is kept in it long term. Also rattles.

  5-100 round packs. I'm with you. A box of 1000 is the very least I would drive to the store to purchase.

I think I'm happier aimlessly accumulating rather than trying to plan for any "collection".

I find flannel makes better patches than t shirt material. Don't throw away mama's old pj's; cut them into patches!

  I'm just hard headed I guess. $4.29 per hundred isn't exactly a steal, but I consider it reasonable for the times.   Those little trays don't stack for storage very well. The boxes do.

I bought a Lee Anniversary kit nearly 20 years ago, with the idea of upgrading once money permitted. So far, the money situation has improved, but I haven't found a need for the upgrade. Just because Lee stuff is cheaper doesn't make it junk.   I'd buy Lee dies, even if all the brands were the same price. I like the way the lock rings work better.

I've no gripe about limits either.It does seem that 1000 would be a much more logical number than 500 for primers, however.
