  1. The highlight of his career for me was seeing a guy break his nose with a chair on his talk show one day. Everything he's done since then has been anticlimatic.
  2. Forget Gunbroker! Insanity has crept into the classified section here as well.
  3. To take it a bit further, technically, in Tennessee, I believe you are breaking the law by carrying even if you have a permit. The permit is just a defense to breaking that law.
  4. What would be the downside of completely eliminating the gunbuster signs and the legal weight they carry? I belive that would solve several problems, and not be an extra burden on the taxpayer.
  5. I love revolvers, but my LCP is usually what goes with me. It is so much thinner that it is much easier and more comfortable to conceal. It is reliable, accurate, and most importantly, it doesn't get left behind because it is too big or too heavy.   My wife carries a revolver. There isn't a wrong choice; just personal preference.
  6. I AM the NRA. I have a window sticker to prove it. I feel we should keep on doing what we have been doing.
  7. A little dab will do ya, huh? :puke:
  8. 940 Smith and Wesson revolver.
  9. A food shortage would be quite a show, wouldn't it?
  10. I bought an AR, and overpaid for it. I don't even like ARs, but I thought I might want one someday, and who knows how long they will be available. Other than that, I'm good.
  11. We got our butts kicked last month. :hiding: Just sayin...
  12.     I believe it's pretty much the same as his stance on any other issue......"DUHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!???????!!!!!!!!!  :blah: "   I do believe he claims to have authored the 94 AWB, although I personally don't think he could author a children's book without assistance.
  13. Joe Biden is heading up this commitie....What could go wrong?
  14. 1) I have guns. 2) I have 2nd amendment protection.     ....bring it on! :shake:
  15. You'd have piled on as well. Be honest now.
  16. Ammo got expensive right after Obama's firt immaculation. I remember seeing a guy pay $100 for a box of 380 ammo.   I don't remember ammo being a big deal during the AWB. I do remember magazines bringing astronomical prices.
  17. Do you reckon they still have one today? Yesterday they didn't have much of anything.
  18. You'll not see the same bill. It was temporary. No way they make that concession twice.
  19. Please buy a scale. Frankfort Aresenal makes one the size of a calculator for twenty something bucks. I'm a Lee fan, but do not care for the use of the dippers for measuring smokeless powder. There is a very small variation between minimum and maximum loads in some handgun recipies. You really need to KNOW what you have; not estimate it from a conversion chart.
  20. I expect you can just about name your price if you are selling it at this time.
  21. I will tell you that factory ammo shoots fine in my "early serial number" 1903.
  22. Take the "Low Serial Number" internet lore as you will. I understand the heat treating method for the receivers at that time was hit and miss. Aside from that debate, an 03 Springfield is a quite strong action. Much better, in my opinion, than a lot of current production rifles.
