Police BRAWL: Black Men Beat Up; White Cops Caught on Camera
gregintenn replied to a topic in General Chat
As long as you continue to defend jackasses like the two leos in the video, you are part of the problem. -
I'm leaning toward a Barrett as well.

Home grown vegetables taste better than store bought. When I can, I know what's in the can because I put it there. Food, sodas, beer, etc. taste better from glass than from aluminum. Electricity isn't required to preserve canned food. It IS less expensive. My children are learning something that may prove very valuable for them one day.

Why has it become common practice for law enforcement to send SWAT teams to calls one guy used to take care of?

She's above average. She has my vote until something changes. -
I'll start by recommending the Lee case trimmer and lock stud. You can chuck this in a hand drill, or else turn it by hand. You buy a case length gauge and shellholder for each caliber you need. They are very inexpensive, accurate, and easy to use. You should chamfer each case inside and outside every time you trim them to remove burrs left from trimming. Your chamfer tool can also be used to remove the primer crimp from military brass. For lube, I like the tube of Lee case sizing lube. It is wax based. You rub a little on the body of the case, and perhaps just a touch on the end of the case mouth, resize, and wipe off with a clean rag. The wax lubes won't dent the case shoulder if you accidently get some on there like an oil based lube will. Follow the directions in your loading manual, and included with your die sets, use only published loads, starting on the low end and working your way up slowly while watching for pressure signs and you'll be o.k. You might want to start with some less costly primers, powder, and bullets to get started, and also until supplies return to normal levels at the store. I get very good accuracy from IMR powders, and standard cup and core bullets. I'll be happy to answer any questions I have the answers to while you're getting started. I'm sure many others will do the same.

1899 Winchester mod 36 9mm rim fire shotgun value?
gregintenn replied to ggflyguy's topic in Curio, Relics and Black Powder
Stock can be glued back together. I would like to see some pictures of it. They are quite collectible as are all old Winchesters. Condition is everything when it comes to price. I found some ammo for you. It isn't as expensive as I would have thought. http://www.midwayusa.com/product/315615/fiocchi-specialty-ammunition-9mm-rimfire-7-1-2-shot-shotshell-box-of-50 -
I would like 1 lower receiver, and am interested in more info/pricing on 1 upper.

Sandlot, The Bad News Bears (both the original and the remake), Major League and Kingpin. Sorry, I have several favorites.

Bring out the grain! That's a good looking piece of wood, and it isn't original finish anyway.

Any of you ever consider either living closer to work, or else working closer to home?

Anschutz, or my preference would be a vintage Winchester 52.

I'm still for making ground zero ocean, but we don't collectively have the stomach for it. Weren't the 9/11 offenders mostly from the United Arab Emirates? Why haven't we bombed them? I guess there's a lot I don't understand about diplomacy, foreign relations, etc., but if we attack a country, I believe we should do so with overwhelming force, and win a short and decisive victory. If it isn't worth going "all in", it isn't worth doing in my opinion. I do not have a son in the military, but I do have two sons quickly approaching the age to be, and I surely wouldn't want this Muslim president sending them into harm's way simply to improve his poll numbers. The same goes for George Bush, or any other politician for that matter.
