  1. They call it an "outpost" store. While smaller than the normal stores, it still has a good selection. I've had the same experience as you with the staff. They are quite knowledgeable, well trained, efficient, and very nice. I can see me spending a lot of money there in the future.
  2. It simply wasn't that good. I got more than enough food, and the service was o.k., but the food just wasn't very good.
  3. I'd recommend you skip Chuey's. :puke:
  4. It is worth the ride in my opinion. I'm an hour away, and have been several times.
  5. Simple enough. Glad you found it. Sometimes those type things will drive you nuts til you find them.
  6. I thought they started in Canada, folded, reorganized and moved production to the U.S.A. I've been wrong before, however.
  7. 45 isn't another caliber, it's THE caliber.
  8. Have you fired the rifle while aiming with the sights?
  9. North Carolinia was the last place I knew.                ^             See what I did there? :D
  10. My wife will see something like this on the news ans ask me, "What would they report if the looked around this place?"
  11. I have ADD. You want to give us the cliff notes version?
  12. I've never found a standard distance that worked for all rifles. Trial and error is how I've found my best loads. Get a good group with a load you like, then start adjusting seating depth til you get the smallest group.   Mostly, I find the OAL specified in the reloading manual to be good enough. I don't usually tinker with it in a semi auto for sure.

    Anti seize

Whatever grease you have lying around handy will keep threads from galling. Don't go buy something special.   I hate that anti seize stuff. Get one dot on your finger, and you can paint a barn with it. It gets EVERYWHERE!!!!!!
  14. That was quite a list. I didn't realize there were so many.
  15. How 'bout we sue some politicians for denying people the legal right to protect themselves in a school building. This makes a group of school children proverbial fish in a barrel.
  16. FGMM? I'm drawing a blank on that one.
  17. I wouldn't think a deer hit by a truck would be fit to eat. :shake: Anyway, as I said, I was going to work. I went on to work.
  18. I have no trouble believing they'd love to contrive something like this, I hsave trouble believing anyone in D.C. is capable of pulling off something like Newtown. Heck, they couldn't even get a simple website to work.
  19. Took a second, but I found a bit of info on the law. How does this not cover Bushmaster?     http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protection_of_Lawful_Commerce_in_Arms_Act
  20. I've given serious thought to driving to Newtown and do a bit of snooping around to satisfy my own curiosity.
  21. H-O-N-D-A
  22. I thought there was a law enacted a few years back to protect manufacturers from such nonsense.
  23. I've worked the last 8 days dark til dark. I did get a doe Saturday morning with the truck.
