  1. I may well be a snoob too. I believe a proper shotgun should have two barrels.
  2. I'd look for a used Ithaca 37.
  3. Thanks for the help. I'm looking for a table comparable to the quarter operated ones found in pool halls. I don't need a work of art. I think I'll give this place a call.
  4. Glad you got it whipped. Sometimes, little things like that can sure be frustrating.
  5. What do you think of the quality of their tables? I know you haven't seen one, but I mean from reading their website? Would they be adequate for a fun game of pool?
  6. Anybody dealt with Kincaid in Murfreesboro?
  7. It's going in the basement, so i can back the truck up to right where I want it. Delivery still doesn't sound like a bad option.
  8. This has always been my assumption.
  9. Do you feel like sharing with us how you did it? I can't remember taking a J frame apart. If I have, I probably didn't remove the hand from the trigger.
  10. I'd appreciate any tips, pointers, advice, opinions, etc. you may have for buying one. Maybe someone has a nice one that's in the way. I know a good table when I play on one, but know nothing about purchasing and setting one up.
  11. I've seen a baby wipe sucked into the vent pipe stop septic from draining. It's worth a look.
  12. I think you have it covered. I'd take it off the gun first. :D
  13. Chris Rock is funny because there's a lot of truth in what he says.
  14. http://smith-wessonforum.com/s-w-smithing/235863-help-trying-reinstall-hand-spring-j-frame.html   These guys know everything.
  15. You really need to get into reloading.
  16. Stihl!
  17. So you are saying AR parts are capable of time travel? That explains a lot.
  18. Tiny spring loaded parts rarely land on the work bench when launched into the atmosphere. That's been my experience anyway.
  19. Reloading is best, but if you're against that, Magtech is the best bang for the buck I've found. Save your brass for those of us who do reload.
  20. I just placed an order, or tried to, at Cabelas. There site crapped out while the order was processing. I'm not sure whether or not they received my order, but it does appear they've charged my card for it.   They have free shipping, and some pretty good deals as well.       edit to add: They did get my order. Cabelas has good customer service.
  21. Do you bowhunt?
  22. My son and I both use Summit stands. His is a Viper, and mine is a Goliath. I don't see how anyone could build a better, more comfortable, and easy to use stand.
  23.             http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/catalog/product/view/id/1239/ 30 round AR mags, $5.99 per pop!!!
  24. I've always received orders from them in under a week. I understand that isn't the norm, however.
  25. I didn't see anything unusual in Lafayette last night. The WalMart parking lot looked extra full, however. Turkey protesters I'm guessing.
