1. Send it to fellow member UncleJack, and he'll make an Indian bracelet out of it!
2. Yes. You can knock out a live primer with your sizing/depriming die. What's the problem? Split case necks?
3. I seem to recall a bit of David's story. Would someone please refresh me on the ending? Was he prosecuted? If so, was it solely because he used handloaded ammo?   The short answer is if you shoot someone, you are in for a world of headache and legal fees, regardless of whether you were completely legal or not.
4. The legal aspect of this question is a dead horse that has been sufficiently flogged for a LOOOOOOOOOONG time on the internet. I've yet to see proof of this being an issue a single in a self defense court case.   That being said, I'm just as comfortable, if not more so, with my handloaded ammunition than factory loaded ammunition.   There's no magic in a loaded round of ammunition.   Ever wonder how old west cowboys and Indians got factory ammunition for their muzzleloaders and long bows?
5. You know what? Thinking about it, I am pretty much where I've worked all my life to be. I suppose it's time to start doing more to help others who haven't been as fortunate.  Damn, I feel old now. :shake:   I guess if I had a wish for myself, it would be that I was more of a people person. Weird, huh?
6. I'm betting my mail lady would be on board for this bill. She once told my wife "I don't know what your husband keeps buying, but it sure is heavy!   The UPS guy knows the return addresses because he orders from several of the same places.
7. When you get a 9mm load worked up for a 180 grain Hornady XTP we'll talk.
8. Good looking leather!
9. How often do some of you guys get pulled over? Just obey the laws and be on your merry way.
10. Hog semen. :ugh:
11. Sit it in front of the t.v. and make it watch Al Gore's documentary, "An Inconvenient Truth". :snore: :D
12. Seriously, we have funny accents. This does not make us all toothless, barefoot idiots. You sound funny to us as well.
13. I liken calling 911 in a situation like this to tattling to the teacher in grade school. This is something I was taught not to do, and something I've passed along to my kids. Try to take care of your business yourself; don't run tattling every time someone looks at you funny. I guess this is an indication of the weenie society in which we now live.
14. Just load em up in the car and drive south.   As Dolomite eluded to, Tennesseans are friendly, but wary of yankees. Try to assimilate, and for goodness sake, NEVER tell anyone here "That isn't the way we did it in Massachusetts"! That'll incite an altercation you don't want.   Enjoy our humidity! It's weather you can wear.
15. I wouldn't say it is physically easier, but technically easier. A revolver round has to fit the cylinder, not explode the gun, and go bang. A lot of things need to be "right" in order for a semi auto round to properly function in it's host pistol.
16. My wife doesn't like all the clang, clatter, and things going on with a semi auto rifle or handgun. She loves her semi auto shotgun, however. Go figure.   Anyway, how 'bout letting her shoot a bolt or lever rifle?
17. I'm still looking for those m1 carbines from Korea.
18. Would someone be kind enough to explain why he should have called 911 and why? No crime was committed here, and bersaguy had everything under control. I see no reason he needed to add the headache of waiting for and then dealing with police when or if they ever decided to show up. Honestly, I expect they have more important things to attend to.   I believe he handled the situation perfectly.
19. I'd try another scope before I dinked around with the rifle much. Also, try a box of factory Remington ammo.
20. Laser grips?
21. I did not know that. I haven't been there in a while. Thanks.
22. No, but someone will be expecting you to collect taxes on the sales.
23. It's on Nolensville Rd. Inside, you'll find everything you need as well as a helpful and knowledgeable staff to answer any questions you might have. http://www.jdlawhon.com/tutorial.html Give the above tutorial a read. Also, become a member at the forum leatherworker.net. I'll be happy to help you in any way I can. Here was my first attempt at holstermaking. ...and a few more recent attempts. It's a fun hobby.
24. Revolver ammo is easier to reload than semi auto in my opinion. If it'll fit in the cylinder and won't blow the gun up, it'll work. Semi auto guns are more fussy about their diet.
25. I have some of that brass as well. I remember when I was a kid, you'd call and place an order, and you usually talked to either Larry or his wife. They had free shipping then.
