  1. Classy indeed. :shake:   You don't believe in God and think that those of us who do are idiots. You've made that clear. Why can't you have the decency to not even open threads such as prayer requests, etc.?   I realize this is a copied chain email, but you didn't know that before you opened it. I didn't either.
  2. http://www.opticsplanet.com/vism-discreet-carbine-case.html I'm gonna give one of these a try. Looks like a computer case to me. I guess that says "steal me" about as much as a gun case, but it doesn't scream "man with a gun".
  3. Perhaps in Merryland, but not in Tennessee. :D
  4. My problem turned out to be self inflicted, but I can assure you now that a Lee FCD will cure what ails ya.   With good die settings and consistent components, I doubt you'd need it, but it's simple to use and will correct most mistakes with a pull of the handle.
  5. It is an apt response for the post I quoted and responded to.
  6. I dunno. How many of you who'd bring home a stray kitten or puppy would consider bringing home a homeless person?
  7. How about the seatbelt law?
  8. Geez, man! :shake: Hopefully, the rough stuff is now behind you. Hang in there.
  9. I regularly see officers texting, talking on the phone, and not wearing seatbelts while driving. I'm not supposed to mention that here, however.   I think the badge gives them superpowers to do as they please.
  10. Works great.
  11. This about covers it. Pay special attention to the last sentence.
  12. Sounds like they got in a good bit of trigger time here.
  13. I understand I'm legally responsible for my bullet until it comes to rest. I don't expect these guys are held to the same standard.
  14. http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/cops-fire-84-shots-at-robbery-suspect-hit-him-once-police/ar-AAdWWsv   Good gracious! Sounds about like me shooting doves. :stunned:
  15. I have an old M93 Spanish Mauser that I've sporterized. It's bore looks like a sewer pipe, and it shoots patterns rather than groups. I've scrubbed, soaked, etc. the bore off and on for years now, and cannot get it clean. Anybody got a trick for getting well over 100 years of crud out of this bore?
  16. That's what I'm looking for. It seems easier than removing the depriming pin from the sizing die to do it that way. I've always crimped with the bullet seater die. This is a new problem to me, and I've loaded and shot a LOT of 38 ammo.
  17. They've always been alamites in my little sphere.
  18. They're hit and miss on success. If it isn't galled or corroded in place badly, an ez out will probably get it. The downside is that if you break an ez out off in there, they're really hard and don't drill out very well.
  19. I do too. A model 14 Remington or Colt Lightning would have been a perfect platform for the Hornet.
  20. Exactly. The older I get the greater my appreciation grows for "factory original". If Ford or GM didn't do it to begin with, it was probably a bad idea.
  21. If your guns aren't causing your truck's tires to rub the fenders, you don't need a lift kit.....you need more guns! :D   You don't have a problem. You just need to rethink your priorities.
  22. Sorry I misread your post. I didn't think that sounded like something you'd say.
  23. Gotcha. I'm usually driving by myself, so I had a different perspective pictured.
  24. They're herding cats. You ride horses and like cats. I thought it was cute. Geez....lighten up.
