1. $69 is unbelievable! Somehow I missed that deal.
2. http://palmettostatearmory.com/catalog/product/view/_ignore_category/1/id/15174/s/palmetto-state-armory-5-56-bolt-carrier-group/   I wouldn't expect them to get much cheaper, so I ordered one as a spare. Probably should have ordered more than one.
3. My neighbors often show up and shoot with me. Good neighbors are worth their weight in gold.   To see my neighbors practicing safely with their firearms regularly makes me feel more safe; not less safe.   To each his own I guess.
4. Personal preference. I like walnut.
5. California has a terrible case of acne it seems.
6. But timely nonetheless.
7. http://bearingarms.com/stag-feds-revoke-ar-15-manufacturers-license-sloppy-record-keeping/   Obama's gonna break his neck getting to a news camera for a press conference on this! :stare:
8. A vehicle payment is the number one reason broke people stay broke.   Enjoy your trucks!
9. Shoot yeah we're interested!   I'd love an education on Webleys.   Welcome to the forum.
10. You pull the trigger; the gun goes bang! How much training is required to instill this fact?   Do they recruit solely from the short bus or what? :ugh:
11. Sorry for the thread drift.     A few years back, there was a guy selling them on the classified section of 24hourcampfire.com. I think he was from Tennessee, but do not have any contact info for him. I haven't seen him on there in a while.   He made one for my wife also. It holds a 38sp speed strip and flashlight. He did good work.
12. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0121DR6KA/ref=cm_sw_r_fa_dp_mUnBwb1DM9SRB#Ask   I love the reviews and Q&A's.
13. The only M&P I have serves as barn protection against carpenter bees. :D
14. Sure. It's very special if dad gave it to you. It's a pretty knife to boot. I carry one similar to it daily. Mine has acid etched on the main blade: "Winchester First Production Run 1 of 1000". Stamped on the base of the main blade: "Winchester Trademark Made in U.S.A.". Mine isn't stainless.
15. A twist with a chamferinh/deburring tool works for me.
16. Fairly recent manufacture. What does the stamping on the blade read? The pattern is called a 3 blade Stockman.     http://www.walmart.com/ip/WINCHESTER-22-41775-Folding-Pocket-Knife-3-Blades-Fine/41109749
17. Sorry guys. I'm a little slow most of the time.
18. The ones I have are either 40 or 45 grains, and are labeled as Bee for 218 Bee, or Hornet. The Bee labeled bullets are spitzer shaped, and you wouldn't want to load them end to end i a tube magazine, while the Hornet bullets are round or flat tipped like those designed for a 30-30. https://www.sierrabullets.com/products/bullets/rifle.cfm     Sierra makes several Hornet bullets.   There's a gun show in Murfreesboro today. Surely someone there would have them.
19. What do you mean?
20. My father gave this to me yesterday. Being the ever active tinkerer he is, he decided to put new handles on this one he found with broken handles. It isn't original by any means, but I thought it turned out quite well.
21. Cool. I've got a brick of some that are a bit newer than that.
22. https://www.joesalter.com/category/22-Collector-Ammunition Might find something here to compare it to.
