  1. Good grief!!! I didn't even get that far down in the article. Screw them!!!
  2. Time will tell I suppose. It's probably not a deal breaker for me, but it sure gives me heartburn.
  3. http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2016/06/14/breaking-academy-sports-pulling-modern-sporting-rifles-shelves/ I'm about tired of this chicken chit political correctness.
  4. That's probably quite likely, and I, for one, will be glad to see it. I rank a car dealership right up there with court, a doctor's office, and the DMV in places I despise to go.
  5. No way! You're only a year behind me?!!? I'd have never guessed it.
  6. I'd guess a car payment is the most likely thing that keeps broke people broke.
  7. My niece has a 4 door, long bed Tacoma. I've no idea where she got it, but it's the only one I've seen in person.
  8. I forgot to update this. We went Tuesday morning. Caught a few small largemouth bass, and one rainbow trout at Cordell Hull. I never did locate any crappie. It was still time well spent with my son. I've never caught a trout there before, so that was interesting. It's about time to start fishing at night with this heat!
  9. I think the default setting today is "how much will the payments be?", and "can I qualify for the loan?". Anything beyond that realm blows most new car salesmen's mind. You and I are dinosaurs, McGyver, with our cash payment and such.
  10. I've heard good reports about Beaman Toyota, but haven't bought from them personally. You might give them a shot if you haven't already done so. I can name a couple of Toyota dealerships to steer clear of. The one in Gallatin and the one in Bowling Green, Ky are definite no go's for me.
  11. I'd rather have the Lee dies.
  12. I figured as much....
  13. I understand. My dog jumped in the truck, and he's never been in a boat. Turns out swimming suits him better than sitting in a boat. The lake was full of people. I'm planning to take my younger son in the morning...no dog.
  14. Uh oh! I trust you won't be needing bail money?
  15. I may go give em a whirl shortly as well.
  16. Probable a 1/16th of an inch or so. It doesn't make a lot of difference, as long as it'll knock out a primer and size the entire case mouth.
  17. Thanks. Is the Omega logo a cause for concern? I understand it's a different trigger. Better? Worse?
  18. Sounds like me. I was just afraid I was missing something.
  19. That's pretty deep!
  20. You guys have any suggestions? I'm wanting a full size, 9mm plinker. I like the looks of a CZ75. I see there are many different variations, and don't know enough to know which one I want. I like my Smith and Wesson 39-2, and shoot it some. It is in near perfect condition, and they no longer make them, so I am loathe to expose it to much wear.
  21. I was thinking about taking off work one day next week and giving them a try.
  22. I'd like to be able to look at several of the variations. I think i'd like a 75, but don't know enough about them to know which one.
  23. It's a nice neighborhood.
