I don't have a 45 lever either. That's a fairly recent invention. I used to wonder why the old 92 Winchesters weren't chambered for it. I was told that the old balloon head cases of the time wouldn't hold up to a lever rifle's extractor. I guess if the military would have adopted the 44-40 instead of the 45 Colt, we wouldn't have ever heard of the 45 Colt.   Now that I think about it, there could be several pairs....44-40,32-20,25-20,  I have 22's in both, 22 magnum.... :confused: My wife isn't gonna like this. :devil:

The hell it is. I nearly always show my carry permit when asked for I.D. A carry permit IS a form of state I.D.

If you want to reload 45,9, or 40 for financial reasons, you probably shouldn't start.

Welcome to the forum.   What are you looking for in a bank?   A checking account is about all I'm interested in. That an an ATM.   I use a local bank here, and wouldn't be of much use to you in Nashville, but if you state what you're looking for, others here could better give recommendations.   I've never found a service at a credit union I was interested in, but hear plenty of people brag about them. Perhaps I'm missing something.

They didn't appear to have the foggiest clue whether they were right or not. A little training and legal education would go a long way to alleviate situations like this.

I'm probably too dumb to vote, but have seen elections where candidates have been convicted, died, etc. between early voting times and the regular election. I prefer to vote on election day.   I usually vote about lunch time, and my polling place has never been at all crowded.

I admire people who mind their own business. The cop failed there.   I also admire people who aren't assholes. The open carry guy failed there.   Laws notwithstanding.
