Here is what is required to sell a firearm in Tennessee to another individual. If you do not have reason to believe the buyer is under age, a convicted felon, or otherwise legally unable to purchase a firearm, you can sell to them. That’s it! He hands you the money, you hand him the firearm. You then both go your separate ways. The end. I’ve bought and sold enough firearms via private individuals to stock a good gun show. Never a single problem. Legal gun owners are as good a group of people to deal with as you will ever find. There is NO legal requirement on you as a seller to do any research on the buyer. If you do not have knowledge of them being legally unable to purchase the firearm, the onus is on them; not you.

We saw Horizon today. It is worth watching, but I wouldn’t call it a great western. I’ll definitely go see the second part though. It is long, and there’s a lot to keep track of. The story line is fair. The cinematography is good and so is the acting. I’d give it a 7 out of 10.

I always thought the pelvic bone would be a large and incapacitating to shoot. Crack that bone and the toughest SOB on earth ain’t going anywhere. Physics won’t allow it.
