    Yes. Technically, all sorts of easement agreements can be added to a deed, but I sure wouldn't recommend it. Could you purchase the property the building is sitting on from the neighbor?

    Probably wouldn't hold up in court, but I expect anyone making such a threat would be capable of following through with it.

    I've always just emailed or mailed them a copy of my ffl's license, sent payment, and then picked it up at my ffl. Not that big of a hassle, unless you are like me and your ffl is no longer in business.

    I chalk it up to everyone here being a cheap so and so like me. I got mine on smith-wessonforum.com. You'll see one sell there pretty regularly. A lot of good folks there.
