  1. ...and the DMV.
  2. I was once in Vegas for several days. Only saw one cop, and he was on a bicycle. I thought the mafia kept the peace there.
  3. Anybody but o'l 'possum Phil.
  4. I'm sure, but I still preferred being in my early 20's
  5. I turn 45 next week, and it damn sure doesn't feel young.
  6. You got me there, but I won't need to renew it.

    Ruger LCP

The lcp is the perfect pocket pistol. I shoot mine more than any other gun I own, because I want to be proficient with it. You'll be surprised how accurate the little thing can be with practice.
  8. Mine doesn't have an expiration date. I figure I paid for convenience more than the permit.
  9. Chuck got a little cocky on that thread, and I called him on it, but it didn't do any good. I'm glad to see you back. Try not do anything to get kicked off again Grunt.
  10. You might want to look at an amortization schedule. Anyway, just pay the damned thing off and forget it.
  11. Not if you pay taxes correctly and keep a written record of such. How long a loan do you have??!?? 30 years?
  12. I hope you enjoy it. We're I to find myself in Maine, I'd be headed south.
  13. http://joshblackman.com/blog/2018/07/10/doj-second-amendment-foundation-reach-settlement-in-defense-distributed-lawsuit/ First I've heard about this case. I'm usually the last to know. I have posted all of the major pleadings in this case here.
  14. AR15. You choose the brand and configuration.
  15. The tire and lube area around back of our WalMart is the place to get in/get out. There's good parking, never a crowd, and both the automotive section and gun rack/ammo counter are just a few steps from the door.
  16. The internet. It is delivered right to my door by our hot mail lady.
  17. Your life will improve exponentially without WalMart. I haven't completely sworn it off, but average going there about 2-3 times a year.
  18. He has a couple of Tritons similarly priced to the Tracker in the link I posted earlier. You think it is a better boat?
  19. Waiting until this fall sounds like great advice. About what time of year do they start discounting the prices? When do the new models start coming out?
  20. No prices?
  21. I made good money years ago buying, selling, and trading. Today I mostly buy and keep. The internet has made trading for profit more difficult.
  22. I can fish now, as I have a boat. I was just thinking of upgrading. No more than I get to go, however, it's probably a bad idea. The reason I'm thinking about a Honda motor is the fact that we now own a Honda 4 wheeler and a Honda car. They are both 100% trouble free except for routine maintenance which is minimal. My boat works fine, but it's older, so I do have to work on it from time to time. The only reason I'm considering a new boat is the hope of not having to work on it. If I thought it wouldn't be trouble free, I'd just stick with what I've got.
  23. That's just it, Doug. I'd like to go somewhere where I can look at a decent selection. I do think I want a 16'-18' with a 60-75 hp 4 stroke motor. I'd prefer a Honda motor I think, but am open to other brands. I'd also like some enclosed storage and rod locker, as the one I have no is pretty much open. https://www.trackerboats.com/boat/?boat=4307 Something like this may be close to what I'd like. ON the internet, tracker boats seem to get a bad rap for whatever reason. I'm not brand loyal, and do not know that much about boats in general.
  24. I meant that is how I would start the email. "I'm curious..."
  25. I'm curious...
