I badly need to do some organizing, as I have managed to accumulate way more than I have room for. The long gun situation is a lost cause, but I'd like to hear about what type pistol racks, door mounted as well as shelf units, you have and/or what you'd recommend to get more guns in an allotted space.

Feibing's is the die everyone I know uses. I'm not sure what other brands are available. One thing I've noticed about the black dye is that once it dries, you need to really buff it with a shoe brush so it doesn't rub off on other things. Once you've done that, it leaves a beautiful black color. You can pick it up at Tandy's in Nashville if it is convenient for you.

I give him glucosamine and cat's claw for the hip problems. Of course they haven't gotten better, but I do believe it has slowed if not stopped the progression. He's still as loving as ever. Tail still wagging, and seems like he doesn't fell too awful bad yet. He doesn't seem as excited for his evening walk as he used to be, and he gets tired quicker. My wife has been crying a lot and petting him almost constantly. They are very close. That's the really hard part.

Yes. My wife took him to the vet today. She said insulin was $50 per unit, and at his weight, he'd require 18 units. She didn't ask if that was per dose, day, month, or what. I think he's probably had it a while and it's pretty bad.

...and treatment for it is ridiculously expensive. He also has hip displaysia. Anybody have any suggestions for things that might help him? We really think a lot of him, and don't want him to suffer.
