  1. I do. That’s why I don’t like going on vacation.
  2. If one measures his time by how much he can earn, you cannot reload 9mm cheaper than you can buy it....even at minimum wage.
  3. A company truck is my favorite ride. Gas card, free maintenance...what’s not to like?

That’s the ticket! I forgot about the 649. I will advise that the 357 magnum round out of any j frame is quite a handful.
  5. Only? Wow! We have 5 vehicles, and altogether they wouldn’t be worth $40k. Heck, I could add my boat, 4 wheeler, and my son’s street bike and still don’t get up to 40k. That’s quite a sum to have tied up in a depreciating asset.

I wasn’t aware the OP specified a caliber, but to my knowledge, you are correct.
  7. Let me know when someone gets arrested for it and you’ll have my attention.

Or go with the Smith and Wesson 638 and have the best of both worlds.
  9. My theory is to alter the least expensive part.
  10. I find the recoil from a large caliber handgun like a 45, or even a 44 mag, to be more of a shove, where a smaller, faster round, like a 9mm or 357 mag to be more of a sharp rap against the web of the hand. More weight definitely reduces recoil, and more grip surface area seems to reduce felt recoil.
  11. His and hers. Act now and get free shipping!
  12. I envy your great faith, sir!
  13. When my kids were little, the sprinkles were reserved for cinnamon toast....or ice cream.
  14. That doesn’t sound fun. Glad to have you back with the us.
  15. Same to ya! That meme is now my background.
  16. If they have a smooth action and good trigger, I could be persuaded to buy a 4.25".
  17. So that AR15 I picked up at the gun show isn't a firearm since I didn't introduce gunpowder to it? The guy doing the background check sure didn't see it that way. Nothing wrong with CB caps, or whatever they call them these days, but if your 22 is capable of firing ammunition, it IS a firearm.
  18. The cheese grater on the bottom of the dust cover turns me off.
  19. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/847717545 It appears there is a market for the Python.
  20. Who cares what other people do? Make YOU happy. I'll occasionally carry a Colt's Bisley model or even a Luger.
  21. That’s what they are made for. What do you pay for a car or truck just to wear out?
  22. A while back, I heard a guy ask a deacon at church whether he thought it would be o,k. to carry at church. The deacon told him that if something happened, he’d see at least a half dozen guns pulled, but it would be fine to carry, although concealment and judicious marksmanship would be appreciated.
  23. Congratulations my friend.
