  1. As a lifelong Vandy fan, I find it gratifying for UT fans to feel a bit of my heartache. Don’t get me wrong; I fully understand you Knoxville guys supporting your home team. It’s just that we’re nearly 200 miles from there, and my little town looks like it’s deer season year around with all the obnoxious folks walking around donned in orange, driving orange cars, and painting their front doors orange. There’s an SEC team right here in Middle Tennessee for going Snead sake! Whew! I feel a tiny bit better now.
  2. Maybe next year.
  3. Me too.
  4. I pick on you a lot, but when you’re right, I’ll say so as well. You’re right about this!
  5. Cheaper to do it yourself unless a manufacturer already makes exactly wha you want. Part swapping gets expensive fast. A quality barr and trigger are essential for accuracy. Everything else, other than maybe the bolt control group is window dressing. I do not believe there is a best brand. I just buy whatever suits my fancy at the time.
  6. Where is it? Have there been previous shows in Cookeville? I think there is one in Lebanon this weekend. Unless they’ve changed, they aren’t worth the admission price. Sparta and Cave City, Kentucky are the only local shows I bother going to anymore.
  7. https://cfnparts.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=438 Looks like this place has several parts. I'd hate to build one piece by piece with their prices though!
  8. That's art right there! Tell us more about it please.
  9. Just a general change that also happens to affect muzzleloader hunting. You either have to tag a deer, or check it in on the TWRA app before transporting it.
  10. If I really needed it, I would prefer that it was available at a ridiculous price than not available at alll.
  11. You’d think Covid would have killed them off in short order.
  12. Good luck finding anything resembling truth in today’s society. I’ve heard so much contradictory information regarding Covid that I seriously doubt all of it. It seems to be more of a political tool to bludgeon us with rather than a deadly virus.
  13. I doubt it is chambered for 3” shells but f that’s what you are asking. It should be marked on the barrel.
  14. I haven’t won a thing. I thought we were having a discussion.
  15. He fears a virus yet it doesn’t appear he thinks smoking might be hazardous to his health. I don’t really have a point. I just enjoy irony.
  16. My Commodores looked really sharp today.
  17. Tell us about that cigarette you.’re smoking in your avatar picture. Does a mask make it harder to smoke?
  18. Man, I loved Jackie Gleason!
  19. Oh, these boys looked as if they were really enjoying the ride.
  20. A few weeks back, I heard Fauci say we should also be wearing goggles. He must have let that slip before it was tested via a focus group, because I haven’t heard any more about it.
  21. Oops. Wrong thread.
  22. I saw a guy push mowing his yard while wearing one of those a few weeks back. He ain’t from around here.
  23. I most often see mask wearers wearing them covering the chin, or hanging from one ear. This may make you guys feel better, but I think it is silly and childish. I guess logic and reason are lost arts.
  24. Man, there is some beautiful country over that way. It sure is a long way from anywhere though.
  25. His feelings of course.
