  1. It wasn’t a slur. Those boys can run!!! The ones I know are good folks too.
  2. Would the revolver qualify as a “muzzleloader” for the purpose of deer hunting?
  3. Again? Damn, you’re gettin’ old! Is Hartsville on fire, or is it just your birthday candles? Happy birthday.
  4. There’s a fella almost at the end of US231 in Bransford (Sumner County) that processes deer. Do not take this as a recommendation as I do not know him and have never done business with him.
  5. That was a nail biter!
  6. There’s a Harper family down there that just breeds running backs. They’ve been handing the ball off to a Harper much longer than I’ve been alive.
  7. But it feeds 44 mag fine. Hmm. I’ll have to defer to someone more knowledgeable than me.
  8. Last time I got a Fed Ex package, it was delivered by a sure enough stoner in a U Haul truck. I’m not complaining, because I got my package, but I was damned surprised he was able to find our place.
  9. After being down at halftime, 20-7, Macon County came back last night for a 28-26 win against Chattanooga Central! They’ll be headed to Red Bank next Friday night for the second round playoff game. Go Tigers!!!
  10. I do both. I tweak rifle loads to try and get the smallest groups possible. As I am not a great pistol shot, o.k. Is good enough, so I load for volume. Mixed range brass and plated bullets are the order of the day. I’m glad reloading offers this flexibility.
  11. That explains a lot.
  12. I’ve hit close to a dozen. I lost count a long time ago.
  13. The front bumper of my truck seems to be the best deer attractant I've found so far.
  14. That’s sure an interesting stage name.
  15. Like grandpa always said, Don’t ever touch a stripper’s monkey.
  16. A coach, a stripper, and a monkey… Go!
  17. I’ve found IMR3031 to be THE powder for a 257 Robert’s. I would check to see if your scope mounts and rings are tight.
  18. If my kid decides to go, he’ll use it. Then, I’ll drag out my old left handed Thompson Renegade 50 cal.
  19. World Series champions Atlanta Braves! It has a nice ring to it, no?
  20. Now I REALLY want one!
  21. Case in point. My father gave me a Mauser action rifle he built in 25-06. Factory Remington loads were all over the paper. My first attempt at a hand load now as this rifle stacking bullet after bullet into one slightly enlarging hole at 100 yards. These rounds are also about 10% the price of factory ammo…if you can find it.
  22. They’re ALL expensive!
  23. I’ll kick in some $ if you video it.
  24. For a price, I’m betting it could happen.
