Please don't hate me cuz I'm a Californian lol, 33 years in Long Beach, CA - last year was in Tempe, AZ but after my last layoff I threw a hail mary (cuz I wasn't going back to Cali) and move to Hermitage, TN within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer and start date out here. Love all the greenery, lakes, and small town feel in the outskirts of Downtown Nashville. I'm a big Ducks fan (sorry Smashville), Chargers and used to be Angels fan but I lost all interest in MLB years ago. I'm part of a Titans fan group on facebook, big fantasy football player so I cheer for a bunch of teams and Titans are definitely one of them lol own a Toyota 4Runner 4wd, 12 ft kayak for lakes/rivers, and a few guns. Love to start venturing out into the wilderness or learn how to fish from my sit-in kayak (unless yall got a boat, I'll take a boat anyday over my kayak lol) loved my time in Arizona and now in Tennessee....it's great to feel more personal freedom then I ever got to experience for most my life

As long as it's got some good bar snacks (warm pretzels, fries, basically junk food lol) or meals that include grilled/smoked meats I'm all in ha ha I think small group hangouts could be really fun too, like one of those Indoor Axe Throwing places, bowling or something fun and casual too. Just spots to make friends and share in our similar interests.......or maybe that's just me, been in TN for a month and I need friends!!! ha ha ha

yea I just spent a year in Tempe, enjoyed the east valley a lot more then any other. Definitely right, I came back to Long Beach, CA for a month and this state is worse off every few months. Az is ridiculous now too because prices aren't far off from California due to the massive population boom. Refused to live in 110-115 degree heat for the current price. lol

Hey everyone, I'm Ryan and I just got out to Nashville, down toward Mt Jouliet. I'm from California but just spent a year in Arizona for work and got laid off so moved out here once I got a new job offer. Got family next door in Indiana so I'm excited to finally see my nieces n nephew more often, not to mention my mama. Cuz she is the best mom around lol Huge fan of NFL / NHL (not Predators, sorry! lol) Definitely plan on attending 1 or 2 Titans games tho. Big fantasy football fan and that's led me to loving some of these younger and more fun teams like the Titans. Other hobbies are offroading, camping, and shooting pool. Happy to be here and can't wait to experience all four seasons for the first time in my life ha ha
