I did more than a few deals with Jim. Always gracious, always kind, NEVER had a quick visit. My wife and I "stopped by" one day and she and Kathy spent an hour talking like old friends in the garden while Jim and I talked about everything under the sun. Super smart guy, and truly a class act. He will most assuredly be missed by many. As the Jewish saying goes, "May his memory be a blessing".

Merry Christmas to all. We just got done the traditional Jewish Christmas celebration of Chinese food and a movie, introduced my daughter to that Christmas classic, Die Hard
