  1. It bothers me that you want to flame me, but some intensionly would carry and take the chance that you would lose your permit and lose your doctor and would probably make the news. I am sorry that I am the stupid one. Bob T
  2. Went to my doctors office today for a check up and there was a sign on the door saying no firearms allowed. Not the legal sign though. He is part of the Summit Group. The office next to him is also in the Summit Group and it was also posted. After we were finished I told my doctor that it was not a legal sign He smiled and walked away. The whole thing is starting to get to me. Bob T
  3. I guess what I am looking at, is if you pull you firearm or just show it to defuse a situation, and the BG turns and runs can you be charged with anything? Bob T
  4. I have a Hi-point c9 and have put about 250 rounds through it and have had no problems with it. I have used Federal-WWB and my own reloads. All function great. It is very accurate. Bob T
  5. That is a good idea. Also need to put a cutout switch on the ignition. Bob T
  6. I went to Pigeon Forge park today and did not see any signs that guns were not allowed. I did read that they had opted out. I suppose they didn't get the signs up. Bob T
  7. That is another thing. I belong to the Gatlinburg Sportsman Club. I have to go from Pigeon Forge over the spur to get to it. That is actually the Park. So legally I can't carry going that short distance. I am supposed to have everything unloaded and locked. Bob T
  8. I suppose I read to many stories about peple being harrased when stopped. I am 66 years old and don't want to be pulled out of the car and handcuffed. Bob T
  9. I have had my HCP for 11 years now. I have carried off and on during that time. I find that trying to figure out were I can and can not carry is a problem for me. I do not like to leave my handgun in the car. The state has made it very difficult for us to exercise our rights. If I leave my handgun in the car then I worry about someone stealing it. I am also getting more and more afraid of being stopped by a LEO than I ever used to be. Just a rant. I really want to carry more!! Bob T:screwy:
  10. I was just at Red Lobster in Sevierville and it was not posted. Only sign was no smoking. Bob T
  11. If you twist the shell holder that the opening is more at the 9 o'clock position and not the 6 o'clock position it should solve your problem. That will allow the shell to center itself and you should not have anymore problems. Bob T
  12. I am no expert on reloading, but first I would reset my sizing die and make sure the brass is going all the way into the die. Also check and make sure all the cases are 9mm. Also check the size of the new bullets that you just got to make sure that they are consistent in size. That is all I can think of. Bob T
  13. I really think the solution is to ban alcohol!! That way it would also stop drunk people from coming out of the restaurant and driving. They don't seem to have a problem with that. Do they ask for there car keys when they order a beer or mixed drink? Bob T
