    Thanks! Yes they are very effective. Some of these mean machines are from the early 70's and are considered by many to be the best ever made. Heavy, durable steel and chain. Cool aesthetic. Nautilus set the mark.

Designed by Nautilus founder Arthur Jones, these machines are extremely effective and built like tanks. In addition to the Nautilus pieces, I am also selling a Body Masters bicep curl machine.
