This will work. I would also have one run with TICS and the state police of whatever state the arrest took place. Each request is between $20-$30 but well worth it. -
Just wanted to post an update on this. I did get a replacement gun and had an issue totally different then before. The guys at DB were dumbfounded and issued me a refund for all costs involved. Even tho I couldn't get a reliable weapon, I still had a good experience and will try them again at some point down the road. Their service is top notch and I really like their design. just a shame I couldn't get a reliable gun out of it. Oh well.. I'll try again when the next gen comes out if they are around long enough. only time will tell.

You can spend several hundred bucks for an attorney or you can do it all yourself. You don't have to do the legwork either. It's up to the clerk to provide all the case details. All you need is the charge on file with the FBI, a copy of the print card, then file the expungement paperwork. If there is no case data available they will create it and the judge will sign the expungement order. It's simple process just takes time. again feel free to PM me and we can discuss... -
here's one link about it.. Suits over ID theft-protection claims settled - SignOnSanDiego.com It was lifelock!!! It's all crap. just check your credit report once per year FREE and shread your paperwork. that's about as safe as one can be.. anything else is BS!

you should have watched the news last night. There isn't anything that can protect you. It's all a scam and a waste of money. There was a class action law suit against one of those places that was just settled. Don't waste your money.

GOC is mostly a joke. Ok, yea, I look at it.. occasionally come across some deals, but most everything on there is over-priced. For example, I can have a NIB SR9c delivered from buds, pay the ffl transfer, and still be cheaper then that guy wants for his used one with 400 rounds down the pipe.. Sigma's for $350-400.. LMAO!

I really can't tell a difference between all the cheapo (if we can call it that anymore) and surplus. I have fired 1000's of rounds of wolf, brown bear, and golden tiger. If I have a choice I normally buy brown bear simply becasue it's been a little cheaper and more plentyful.

oh yeah.. that stuff sticks with you forever. if you ever get arrested the print card taken at booking is sent to the FBI. the local authority is suppose to update the FBI with a final disposition once the case has been settled. In many cases this never happens. So that print card (arrest charge) sits on file and will show up anytime someone runs you with the FBI. Most of the time you will never know this until something like this (applying for a FFL) takes place and you are denied. The problem comes into play with cases before the computer era.. the actual case files were destroyed long ago and you most likely haven't any records either. In this scenerio the only option is to have the record expunged. What pisses me of is that it's your job to do all the leg work on this even tho the locality failed to do their job and complete the process. It's time consuming and a total pain in the ass.. not counting the fee's involved. this is one reason I tell people to have background checks done on themselves not only with the TBI but with the FBI as well. Then something like this doesn't haunt you.. -

More than likely from something that old you'll not find any local paperwork. If you do you are one lucky guy. The FBI keeps those arrest cards forever or until it's either disposed or expunged. I had a arms arrest from 88 haunt me and the only record of it was that print card with the FBI and no disposition. I had to go the expunge route. Go to the clerk of the court of where the arrest took place. if they can't produce the actual documents simply ask for an expungement form. In my case to file the form was a $100 fee and took about 4 weeks. This was after chasing people and paper for 6 months. I hope you got a copy of that FBI record so the judge can see what needs to take place. If you don't have your FBI file, request it and have it in hand before you file. Good luck. If you have any questions feel free to PM me. -
squirting it with starting fluid will let you know it's firing.. Couple of stupid things to check tho.. Gas turned on? If so, turn it off then to reserve and try. pull the breather assembley.. clamp and two bolts on top.. and tap on the float bowl of the carb, needle could be stuck closed if left with gas in the carb for long. Another thing removing the breather will do.. it will allow you to hold your hand over the air horn while cranking it to actually choke the sucker into submission.. Just a few thoughts.. I have an old xplorer 300 that's a little tempermental after sitting all winter.

These have been in the works for a long time. I have yet to see one anywhere. I will probably try one becasue I loved the taurus 905 9mm moon clip revolver. I just hated the moon clips. maybe time to start looking again....

hah! Go ahead, nuke it..

I almost bought one in 99. Wish I would have..

Carry one??? But for a shooter.. total tack drivers... my daughter prefers the c9 over anything else I have. these things are boat anchors but make great utility guns. shoot the **** out of them and hose em off every now and then to knock the grit off..

I'm trying.. I think I'll actually make it this time. The biggest problem is the fact my wife smokes too.. she's not too interested in quitting just yet. We haven't smoked in the house for over 10 years but when she goes out.. i kinda wanna go too.. but i can definetly tell when she comes back in.. holy **** she stinks.. LOL like I said before. It's amazing what we go through for our vises.. yuck!

taste and smell comes back in about 48 hours after cutting back or stopping smoking however ones wants to look at it. It's an addiction so one is never cured. one smoke or event could flush everything.
-
Good luck to all.. I myself am not quitting this time. I am cutting back. Maybe I can cut back to ZERO, maybe not. but I will never quit. Can't stand another failure. I'm 40 years old and I have smoked for 33 of them. It's amazing what fresh air feel like in the lungs. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! And that is only after not smoking (much) for a week. I think I have had 7 or 8 in the past 7 days and i'm looking forward to cutting back even more... I already feel better... totally amazing.. why the hell do we do these things to ourselves...
