I have 3 new, 12 round, P229, 40s&w/357sig magazines. When I purchased them they were listed as PreBan. I don't know if they are or not, but they do have the dovetail backs, and are Sig manufactured mags. Either way, I will not ship to any banned state, but they are available for purchase here.
