  1. Don't go to the range alone - stuff happens. I'll be suprised if there's any brass left behind anywhere - it barely touches the ground most places I've been lately

  5. Don't get me wrong I don't think one should drink anything & carry but in the above situation what if one were to unload the weapon & store it in the vehicle as though thay had no carry permit what say you?
  6. What you have there is a politically correct ak -
  7. The problem isn't the threads locking up its lead build up between the fins & the outer tube, the giving it a twist every few mags might help.
  8. Tac2 post their schedule online, it cost nothing to go watch a match, & you don't need to be a member to shoot a match but it will be cheaper if you are. They are close to the tri-cities
  9. I have a single stage & a progressive, I use both unless you are very mechanically enclined or have a buddy allready running a progressive I would recomend starting with a single just to learn on, & upgrage once you get the hang of it. Its not like a single stage press is going to break the bank, but some progressives get pricey.
  10. As I am currently in thailand the local beer is Singha but they do have Johny Walker for a nightcap
  11. I tend to look down my nose at high points but we have one as a loaner gun for permit classes & it shoots very tight groups, I wouldn't want to carry one of them though as a brick would be easier to lug around
  12. You do realize that will be an nfa item & require $200 for the tax stamp
  13. My question is where are these people getting the stuff from the law does not seem to be working to me & +10000 on that repeat offender thing
  14. I have one - used it on a sig mosquito & a savage bolt action - love it but you better clean it after every session or you might not get it apart Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk
  15. Only if he would have taken that madcow chic er' guy er' whatever with him!
  16. They were in my neighborhood, knocked on my door, I saw them on one of the cameras I have outside, didn't take them long to move along. must have been 4 or 5 of them hitting as many doors as they could, I only saw one neighbor even talk to them & it was a pretty short conversation.
  17. My main concern would be reciprocity. I think you would definitely lose that without some kind of requirement, now if we could establish nationwide constitutional carry!
  18. I would recommend that you learn how to sharpen http://www.razoredgesystems.com/products/books?page=shop.product_details&flypage=ilvm_fly2_grey.tpl&product_id=2&category_id=7
  19. Don't know if Greeneville would be too far for you but there's Tac2 & White Sand's Gun & Ammo also TWRA has several Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency - Firing Ranges
  20. If your that worried about it put some of that camo tape on it
