I right clicked on the mouse and highlighted the word copy when the mouse was on the video at youtube and and then I hit the post reply button on your thread and I right clicked on the mouse and highlighted the word paste and clicked the submit reply button and poof there it was. I thought mine would show a link like yours. I seen the video a long time ago on glocktalk and looked it on youtube, I thought it was hilarious.

I understand the pro's and con's for both oc and cc, but one of the reasons I rarely oc is there are a few people up to no good and if someone see's your handgun and say to their buddy Hey watch this and call the police and say a guy pointed a gun at me and gives them my description, the police will act first & ask questions later. The guy that called might stick around or might not. I know if he calls 911 the police will have his number but if the call is made on the main line some dept. do not have caller id on their main phone line, but either way I am sure the truth will come out, and I know this a long shot and probably will never happen, Just a thought .

I have been shooting at the IDPA matches and I plan on being there, and you can borrow mine, I have a 870 express tactical and I just added a pistol grip stock but I have not tried it out. The guys that shoot the matches are some great people and someone will loan you a shotgun if I am not there.

It is usually $15 for non members. Did you notice the 36 round count for rifle, most people have a couple of 30 round mags, but Robert has a 40 round mag , I do not know if the 36rd count will be on the same stage or not, but it was last time. Robert went to one match ( at a another range) with the 40 rd mag and the next week there was a sign posted no 40 rd mags

I grew up in Alabama and I have a lot of friends and family there, when I first got my permit in Tennessee Al. did not honor our permits, so I got a New Hampshire non resident permit (which Al. honored), so I could carry in Al.

I called my Rep., Debra Maggart, several times about taxes and the park carry bill to express my opinions and she called me last night to let me know how she was planning on voting on the tax increases and I also brought up the park carry bill and she told me she was pro 2nd amendment. She said she was surprised that the carry bill got as for as it did b/c the TWRA was against it along with with people that were over the parks. She said she only got only a couple of calls on this issue. I told her that I think if law abiding citizens were allowed to legal carry in parks crime would go down b/c criminals already carry illegally, a sign will not stop them and it assure them that law abiding have no way to protect themselves. Hopefully I made convincing statements as to why we need this bill passed in Tn. I think Rep. Maggart is doing a good job and proud to have her as my Rep.

Where do you go to find out how your state senator or rep. voted? I have called my rep. and senator several times about this bill and taxes. Thank you in advance.

The Gallatin Gun Club has an IDPA match on the 2nd Sat. of the month. You do not have to be a member of the Gun Club or IDPA so you can try it to see if you like it. It cost $15 for a non member and a extra $5 if you would like to shoot a second gun. www.gallatingun.com

My wife got her permit today, it took about five weeks. She thinks she is the stuff . Now when we go some where ( like church ) and there is a gun in the car, I do not have to worry about unloading it, if she has to go somewhere and I do not go with her.

Welcome to the board, there is a lot of good people here. I bought my wife a Glock 26 for Mother's Day and she is also waiting for her permit, and a month has already past since she applied, she can not stand the wait.

I have a few .22's and I had to think about which one is my favorite and then it hit me like a ton of bricks, it is the one I take just for plinking because I like the sights on it, it is accurate, and I don't have to worry about it getting scratched and best of all I bought it used for $80 out the door, it is the Romanian Training Rifle.

What age does a person have to be in order to purchase a handgun from a individual? I am under the impression the person has to be 21. I had a handgun for sale and a 19 year old was interested in the handgun and he told me a person only had to me 18 to purchase a handgun from a individual, I did not think this was accurate so I called a couple of gun shop owners and they told me a person had to be 21 in order to purchase a handgun from a individual or a dealer. I sent him a pm and told him I could not sell it to him. He thinks a person does not have to be 21 to purchase a handgun from a individual, and posted this question at Glocktalk.
