  1. I thought about the FZ1, I sat on a few and they felt comfortable, but I did not ride them.
  2. I know.
  3. I am looking at genmar risers and see how they feel along with a good throttle lock. If that does not work I might get the helibars.
  4. That belongs to the lady behind me, I think her husband was a TV/vcr repairman, but he passed away a long time ago.
  5. Thanks
  6. Well, guess what? I sold the Mean Streak last Wed. (9-27-08) and bought another ZZR1200. I missed the power and cornering clearance of the ZZR.
  7. It depends on what gun I bring to the range, if I bring my 22's I shoot at squirrel targets, shoot nc's, cheap bullseye targets from wal-mart. I read about one I have meaning to try, it is the small cups that you use for mouthwash and put water in them and freeze them. One of these days I am going to try it.
  8. Welcome
  9. Move to Nashville, we got a few good gun shops around here.
  10. They will let a non member shoot if you are a guest of a member, but only twice a year, or in a paid match like IDPA, Military match, Trap or Benchrest. There is a military shoot this weekend at the Gallatin Gun Club and since this a paid match a non member can shoot in it. AR 's are allowed in this match. http://www.gallatingun.com/MilMatch.asp
  11. I know what you mean, I do too.
  12. That is a nice gun, it looks a lot better in person.
  13. Nice, it was good to meet you today.
  14. Congratulations, maybe I will see you out on the road sometime, and for the record it was a Eliminator 125 .
  15. Read in the quote. I signed up on the motorcycle forum for her bike but she was not really interested in it either, basically the only thing she really looks at on the computer is myspace, but I will ask, Thanks.
  16. A couple of more pictures and I will stop hijacking your thread.
  17. She bought it at a local dealership for about $100 on sale in Feb. of this year. http://www.joerocket.com/productJR.cfm?products_id=853
  18. That sounds like it would be fun count me in.
  19. They had one at Guns and Leather for $525, it looks like it would be a fun plinker.
  20. Congratulations, on your new bike. My wife and I rode our bikes to the Smokies last week. She did not want to ride her bike on the Tail of the Dragon, something about it having 318 curves in 11 miles , so she rode with me. I read in one of your other post that you would like to ride to the mountains on a bike and here is a couple of pictures. http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/photocard.aspx?pc=C6A32E473648D5A86B2E28AEE0F7D333 http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/photocard.aspx?pc=C6A32E473648D5A8D51D0B9878273621 http://www.photoreflect.com/pr3/photocard.aspx?pc=5BEDDE7035522BF5969ADAFCCEE52AD1
  21. My wife and I are going to Mammoth Cave Sat. if you are there on Sat. and see a guy and his wife on motorcycles stop and say hi. Mine is a black Kawasaki and hers is a baby blue Suzuki.

  23. Nice bike. i am glad your husband seen the light and got you a motorcycle. This is a picture of my 2005 Kawasaki Mean Streak 1600 that I bought a little over a month ago. I sold my ZZR1200 and bought this so I can ride with my wife and just cruise with her.
