  1. I have a Ruger New Model in .41 mag and the Belt Mountain is the way to go- I even put one in my Vaquero Birdshead for good measure-
  2. My Dad had an older Browning T-Bolt that I would have really liked- Alas, he sold it a few years ago- I also like the 22's-
  3. My Dad used to say the 3 SSS- Shoot-Shovel-Shutup-
  4. Always something when electric users are heating their outdoor hot tubs but I need to cut back on heating my 850 square foot home- I believe you are right about the lack of grid upkeep but a blackout takes my only form of heat away- All electric sometimes is not the best answer- MLGW knows who the real drains are-
  5. Does anyone that has MLGW as an electric provider remember ever getting a energy alert- So they want us to inhibit our electric use because of severe cold weather- I have lived in the same house at the same address for 25 years with electric heat and only within the last 2 years have we ever gotten any of these alerts- Me thinks the Greenies and their solar projects are starting to show their ineptness to actually provide the power we need- When are people going to wake up to all this nonsense and start to get back to the systems that have always worked- My furnace and complete home is all electric-isn't this what they wanted??
  6. In my Sig P365 I carry 124gr Sig V-Crown-9mm In my Kimbers I carry Remington Golden Saber 124gr-9mm I also like Hornady-but already have a lot of Sig and Remington-
  7. If you want to go mechanical I have used an RCBS Uniflow for over 40 years-has always worked- And the repeatable accuracy is also really good-
  8. Carrying a 1911 for the most time has gotten to feel heavier the older I get- I started carrying a Sig P365X with a RDS and find myself staying with this more and more- Shoulder and back pain make carrying a smaller lighter firearm a better choice- Round count has never made my choice but zero malfunctions have- It's all a personal choice- I still prefer a Kimber Ultra although in 9mm-
  9. This times 100%- If this is sticking up it will get stuck-
  10. If the pins were tight into the trigger group the movement of the pins in the lower receiver would wallow out the holes- Primarily wrecking the lower-
  11. I am constantly bothering Kustoff or Blackburn and Hagerty included- It seems at times that regardless of the Constitution these bad actors are gonna act bad- I don't think most people actually give a care one way or another as long as they can continue planting their face in the screen of their phones- Until one day someone takes away their phones-
  12. I have 2 Sig P365X with the Holosun 507K and 407K mounted- These work beyond good all the time-but- The darndest thing is I keep going back to my Kimber Ultras with night sights-go figure-
  13. I have been known to throw stuff like that away myself- I have a lot of Vortex optics and have had a Spitfire that they replaced- It's a shame that Sig won't stand behind their products-

    New AR

I have 5 AR's in .22 mag-.556 and .300BO and all five have had zero stoppages thru 100's of rounds- I think the reliability thing is a lot more common in firearms that are not cared for- When I was the armorer at the old Range USA we had 3 regular .556 and a full auto 9mm that ran for thousands of rounds with no problems- In 3 years I replaced 2 bolts and a few ejector springs and that was about it- Weekends these saw heavy usage with no problems- Another weak point I found is that magazine problems were the main culprit-
  15. Man if ugly could talk-
  16. They(S&W) do brag about lifetime warranty-I am glad to see them honoring it- Nice revolvers-I have a couple myself-
  17. My Henry Homesteader comes from the factory with swappable mag assembly- I purchased mine with the Glock adapter- Glock-S&W-Sig and of course Henry-
  18. We are being dragged into a holy war whether we like it or not- Look at the way some of these idiots in our own country act- Almost like they hate our very own-
  19. Where is the picture?
  20. A person should be solemn at the death of a long-standing US Senator-- Should be is the keyword here-
  21. I thought we broke the internet
