  1. How about we simplify it-ban all politicians-
  2. I goofed when listing data for the 168gr-42.0 not 44.0-
  3. Yup-I have a Lyman and their hardcast manual-a Lee-a very old Speer manual that is probably as old as I am-Hornady 50th Edition I believe- And also have a subscription to Ammoguide and Load Data- A person can never have too much information- Accurate now is under Hogden's pervue with load data on their site for free-
  4. I just noticed that both of my AA2520 loads- 125gr Speer TNT-44.0 grains- 168gr Honady BTHPM-42.0 grains- I suppose I could juice my lighter TNT load up a bit-but it shoots good where it's at-
  5. Thanks much for the data- It's kind of what I had thought-44.0 grains seemed to zip right along and give no stress marks or primer flattening- I think this load is the one I will stay with-at least where 168gr is concerned-
  6. Went today 5/8/2024 and fired some 168gr Honady HPBTM and Accurate 2520 at 44.0 gr- This load is doing good but at the range today it was very windy-
  7. Now that's a water pistol- Beats a Super Soaker by a mile-
  8. To be honest the pistol in the video did not jamb- It just did not go off-what gun does not even work on the first already chambered round-
  9. I gotta say it wouldn't be one of my Kimbers- I sure wish that this Kimber 1911's being a gun that doesn't work would die already- I have multiple Kimbers and they all work all the time- It's getting a little tiring hearing it over and over from people that don't own Kimbers- P.S. A cheap shot at something that's not relevant to the story-Actually looks like a Bersa-
  10. 100 yards with Speer 125gr TNT-44.0 Accurate 2520- I have no doubt as to the accuracy of this load-I do however doubt my ability to make myself more accurate with the tools I have at the range-
  11. Yea-it's 1-10 so I guess I will find out tomorrow hopefully-
  12. Maybe soak it in a glass of milk-
  13. Well I loaded 20 rounds with the Accurate 2050 with 125gr Speer TNT- We will see exactly how bad or good 44.0gr will do-
  14. So I am having trouble finding much info on Accurate 2520- From what I have found it appears to be good in lighter .308 loads say from-150gr on down- I was wondering if anyone here uses it and how you like it- I used our search function and only found references from around 2014-
  15. Very nice-In my humble opinion that barrel length is the perfect size-
  16. RIA does make a .40S&W barrel for that 1911- I was tempted at one time to buy and try but since have rid all of my .40 ammo-
  17. That's a very good price-
  18. Concrete benches- Is that an AR wearing a hearing muffler device-if so I did see you when I was leaving?
  19. Yes-at about the same time- I left there around 10:30-at the last rifle range on right-
  20. 4/26 40 More rounds and zero malfunctions and accuracy is still good- Was able to move gas setting to number 2 and all went well-
  21. Not banging my brass up either-it's promising so far- Will try to go Friday and run another 20 again--
  22. So I had the chance to visit the range this AM for my Rugers first outing- It did real well-no malfunctions-eats any ammo-and is accurate with all weights I tried- No brass wreckage and no malfunctions-this is going to hurt some of the Ruger haters- I sighted it in at 100 yards with only 10 rounds and shot another 10 just for fun- Doesn't recoil any worse than my 30-30 with 150 Interlocks- I believe they call this 1 MOA-at 100 yards Forgot to add ammo- 150gr Federal Power Point- 165 Federal Match- 170 AAC Match All fed and extracted as designed- The target is with 170gr AAC Match-
  23. Sig Sauer V-Crown in 124gr- After all it's a Sig-
  24. Thanks for that-good price-
  25. Started on the right path-Congrats-
