  1. Very nice looking leather
  2. Here in Lakeland it was even hard to tell there was a storm-Comcast was out since 11:00 PM Saturday and was restored about 10:00 AM the 29th.Twas it for our damage
  3. More than likely the extractor is either to tight or to loose-my guess would be a little on the tight side.Changing recoil springs may help but I doubt it.If you want to check extractor tension there are several videos on U-Tube that describe the process.
  4. Darned old red tie commie's-what will they think of next to complain and whine about.I myself think it's high time the lot of them pull up their grown up pants and move on-if that's at all possible.
  5. Now that's funny
  6. The article says that 83% of Tennessee residents support background checks when buying from an individual-where on gods green earth do they come up with their poll numbers-I have never and I repeat never answered any of these polls.
  7. I was due for renewal this month and had to have a new photo also-the new permits are now good for 8 years instead of 4.I would have to keep my permit till I am 90 if I got the lifetime. If I am able to renew when I am that old it will really be something considering I am 58 and feel like 90 sometimes now.
  8. My son bought a PT92AR from a pawn shop a few years ago-upon getting it home and to the range we found a good size chip out of the area under the feed ramp-he called Taurus to see if this was a problem and they agreed to have him send it in on their dime. They found the pistol to be not fixable-although in all fairness the chip did not effect function. They replaced it with a brand new PT92 with the railed frame free of charge-which I still have and shoot. That was in 2010
  9. My kind of family picture-nice collection
  10. I would assume the article was referencing 80% receivers. There is nowhere that I am aware of to buy a kit gun without needing to buy the receiver or lower from a FFL dealer or holder.Articles like this are completely slanted and omit a lot of the truths on purpose as to mislead the unknowing. I have almost quit reading any news considering I can't believe a thing I read.
  11. I am 13 years younger-boy I sure don't feel like it.Could be possibly the mouse I use is a gaming mouse with a faster response time-yup that's it alright.
  12. That is one monster Kimber-at one monstrous price
  13. I say let the snowflakes melt-then we can call it spring(forward)
  14. They are easily one of the more relished Kimber models-series 70 with no firing pin drop safety-namely the Schwartz system.I would go on Gunbroker and see if there are any Kimber models to compare prices. It is valued a bit higher than the newer models due to being a Yonkers made pistol.
  15. Tis what they call a crap sammich
  16. At a quick glance a person would mistake it for a M1 Garand-I know its not a semi-auto but it looks a bit like one.Neat rifle in any event
  17. Nope-these lawmakers are to stupid to realize they are idiots
  18. Hey now-that looks like my mostest fanciest BBQ party shotgun complete with custom 2x4 stock made of real pine
  19. My 2 year contract was up with Comcast so therefore my bill took a pretty good size leap upwards-I called Comcast service and asked what kind of package I could get for a bit cheaper and the person I talked with was very accommodating-My Double package changed from about $165.00 a month down to $125.00 and good for a full 2 more years.I know they have a less than stellar history but in my 2 years of dealing with Comcast I have had a good experience. 220 channels and Blast internet speed-which is rated at 75mbs but I constantly get around 90mbs.Awhile ago I purchased my own router and modem which saves a few bucks a month also.
  20. Lost my mind once-three times in one day-I kinda think I'll leave it lost
  21. I am another one that has never fired 556 in my rifles-I really can't say why I have only used .223 other than it was available and cheaper-mostly available.I have saved my .223 brass with the idea of setting a set of dies on my Lee one day.So far I only load .300 BLK in rifle rounds so .223 should not be much harder to get right.
  22. There's the turf-where's the surf
  23. Wish I would find something like that in my back seat instead of a bag of garbage
  24. Yup-ain't it somethin. So if a man wears a burhka-is there a matching tie that goes with it
  25. I REALLLYYY like 1911's in 9mm-that one looks like a keeper.I am glad Ruger finally joined the 9mm ranks. It is the near same weight as my Kimber Pro Aegis so it should be fairly easy to carry also.
