I picked up a used husquevarna string trimmer at a pawn shop and its been working great for two seasons. Before that I used to buy a new ryobi from the big box stores and it would die after a year. I also plunked down some coin for an echo hedge trimmer - it rocks

The audio book was superb. And I hate audio books. Each character was voiced by a different actor, which worked well since the book is a series of personal accounts. The movie clearly is not going to be exactly like the book, but looks like a fun ride. I plan on seeing it at the Stardust Drive in movie theater in Watertown

The girl did NOTmove to the top of the list, rather she moved onto the list in a place that equalled where she would have based on her waiting time of 18 months. Some have argued that this isn't a law and rather rules....it's only the rules that the bureaucracy can control, so to suggest that no person in charge can change them is disingenuous or ignorant.

The issue I see is the curious use of the "civil rights" violation language. Clearly making a clear threat to an individual is completely in appropriate. Vague threats to a generic group? How in the world do you even prosecute that? To be clear, I don't condone making threats A vague or specific, against individual OR groups. I am concerned about the chilling nature of a federal attorney's statement that he intends to prosecute people based on their speech , even if it is offensive, it's still protected.
