Got to wear a t shirt outside - finally! Broke out the hedge trimmer and string trimmer to clean up the ornamental grasses and monkey grass. ...and managed to sneak off to Gallatin and shoot my new VZ58, PSL, Finn m91 and M44 US 22 trainer! That finn rocks an amazing trigger and was shooting dead nuts! Not bad for a 100 year old rifle!

Permament DST!! Absolutely ditch the industrial era "fall back" nonsense. Sold of course using "the children", but in reality wartime expedients to maximize productivity and reduce lighting electricity costs. A classic government program which has exceeded its useful life. I would also advocate moving nashville into eastern time - this would bring a double benefit of long summer evenings and eliminate the 4:30pm sunset in winter
Our federal government is just as fearful of this happening as we are. If it wasn't, it would have probably already happened. They can put all of the drones in the sky and kill as many as they want, but when it comes to paying the bill, they won't have much to work with, will they? Maybe some of you will wake up and think a bit deeper on the subject when the internet cuts off. We've seen the riddance of good leadership in the military by this administration. It won't matter. When those critters start to eat MRE's in their bunkers, how long will it take for them to figure out they lost, and killed a country in the process? All we have to do is a John Galt and they will die without a shot. They are cowards and they will prove it. We're already in the third part of Atlas Shrugged, whether or not you want to believe it, and some sources are saying we are going downhill at a dizzying pace. They used to not say things like that. I guess they woke up, too. The trouble with politicians who do these things, and history is full of them, is that they reach a point of complete denial. Then they die off for a while, while good people try to put things back together again. It's bound to happen. http://www.nationalreview.com/node/371248/print I don't normally read National Review, but that article gives a good representation of what is going on. You have a dictator and a Congress willing to go anywhere he goes. How much more do we wish to deny? I grew up without such obvious political difficulty and now I see this, not from Alex Jones, either. Back then the bad guy was Soviet Russia and Cuba. Now, it is our own paranoid leadership from within. Chuck didn't go asking for this. It wasn't his desire to go out and do as you think, Robert. We have people going over the fall and this is the end result of tyranny from cowards. No checks or balances when you have a dictator. It was obvious in New York. Now in Colorado and Connecticut. How much of this will it take?
Spoiler Alert Correction: in the final chapters of Atlas Shrugged there was gunplay and violence - the regime had built death machines to control and if needed kill the citizenry. It did come down to violence to free Gault who was imprisoned and tortured

UAW not leaving Chattanooga and may contest the vote.

VW "supported" workers councils like they have in Germany. But make no mistake - the german unions are quite powerful, and i am sure that it was just smart politics for VW to not try and stick their middle finger out to unions here in the USA. Unions are beginning to form global alliances as a method to combat global labor competition. Workers of the world unite - indeed -
BNA runs an fast and efficient screening process - the NYC airports and PHL totally suck. My BNA tips: Avoid flying monday mornings, the monday after bonaroo, and you'll generally be GTG. PA: BWI also sucks
Yeah...yeah...yeah...they put out the same "BIG TALK" at Nissan back a few years ago when they last tried to get Nissan to vote in their piece of crap union and Nissan employees rejected them 3 to 1. The only thin the UAW is good for is protecting worthless, employees who need to be fired...for the 95% of the rest of a plant's workforce all they are is a huge drain on their pay while giving to politicians that most of the workforce probably detest. Thankfully, the good folks at VW were smart enough to see that and make the right decision.
Crappy employees deserve jobs too :) -
Unions use scare tactics, harassment and threats to get into companies now. Once in they do very little for the worker other than suck union dues from the worker. There is tons of videos of the tactics they use and it is scary. Imagine 50 people show up in front of your house with loudspeakers screaming lies about you.
Imagine those people's reaction if they showed up at most of our homes - nuff said- 62 replies

Great episode! Loved the name of the "sanctuary" city - "TERMINUS" - this was Atlanta's prior name, and the wordplay reference to terminate/terminal/etc is just exactly the kind of writing that makes me Love this show PS: what the heck is the deal with that creepy girl! Killing baby rabbits? And not for food? Weird

Bummer - would have LOVED to see them land in TN, but I suppose Somewhere in Dixie is better than not at all. -
I have pistols of several calibers - an yes, the 40 takes more practice since it has more snap on the recoil, but i do like a round with 10% larger diameter and near same mag capacity. My sig226 has 15 round mags. I do think part of the move to 9mm may also be to be more in alignment with us military calibers - if uncle sugar is giving away free armored cars, who is to say that 9mm military surplus wont be provided soon as well?
