The wall street journal had an interesting article about medicare fraud and an indicted california physician who appears quite likely guilty. http://m.us.wsj.com/articles/how-agents-hunt-for-fraud-in-trove-of-medicare-data-1408069802?mobile=y In addition to posting bond, The ferderal judge ordered him to surrender his guns and ammo: "As the hearing ended, the judge ordered Dr. Glazer to surrender his guns and instructed agents to return to his house for them. Dr. Glazer gave up the AR-15 rifle and ammunition, but said the other guns were no longer in his possession." How is this legal?

Just be aware there is only one sales contract. Do it right the first time and using the lawyer as your go to guy is smart as you will want legal eyes on the contract and you will need one for closing anyway
Welcome to TGO, and potentially to Tennessee. Please change your username to something that wouldn't be offensive to a whole group of people.
Definitely don't change it to allahsbaconsnackbar! As far as middle TN goes, you have a wide range of choices that will fit what you're looking for. And cheaper the further east and or south/southeast of the Boro you go. I've always thought that the area around shelbyville/tullahoma/Bell buckle/manchester is some of the prettiest in TN. Rolling hills and nice. Of course the further you are from nashville the more you have to travel to get into town, and the further you will be from shopping/quality medical care/etc. Its a balance and you will find the one that fits you -
You still don't get it. You're not entitled to squat and neither was your mom. Nobody owes you medical care. As sad as it may be, it doesn't erase the fact that things coat money and folks aren't going to work for free. You think you're owed something for nothing. Someone who has lots of money had earned the right to have stuff and spend their money however they see fit. That isn't up to you to decide who gets what and how much. I have money. I earned it. You don't deserve a dime of it and neither did your sick mom. Especially since it seems you aren't willing to compromise any of your silly ass hang ups to get the things you want.
Amen brother!

Ab28 got his wish - TGO went "Minimalist" and got rid of a surplus member.... FWIW, the guy came across to me as a bit of a narcissist- he always thought his way was the ONLY way - some of his meters were off for sure....

Usually One of the first questions asked by DCS during a incoming call is " Is there a divorce or family law matter taking place at this time?"
If you don't care about innocent people than you don't care; that's your choice and your right. For me, I'm thankful that there are people who do care about others...those are the kinds that become police officers, fire fighters, soldiers and doctors and nurses. Personally, I have had periods in my life when I didn't care much for other human beings but I found it to be a pretty empty existence. The U.S. can't change the world but if we aren't willing to help innocent populations when it's within our power to do so then what the hell good are we?
Great post!!
You do realize both the Bible and the Koran were written by men. And a lot of times they did not have paper or parchment to write on. So It was handed down by word of mouth. So in time, things get changed around a bit. A long time ago if you didn't practice christianity( catholism in general) you were viewed as a Heretic and shunned or killed. By order of the king which was directly under the pope. There are different versions of these bibles and korans. True followers of their faith do not believe in violence toward anyone. But the media has corrupted us all into thinking all muslims are evil. I know a muslim and he lives in my neighborhood. Actually ran for county commissoner. I had my CPA ( Citizen Police Academy) class with him for 10 weeks this year. Good guy, very knowledgable and he holds a top secret clearance at AEDC. So not all are bad.
That is entirely an incorrect description of islam. You live in the West, where there are many judeo-christian sects which hold that their religious writing are divinely inspired but written by man, and thus subject to man's interpretation. Islam in nearly all sects including its largest and majority sects of Sunni and Shia beleive that the koran is the literal word of Allah. Their prophet Muhummed was allahs messenger. Islam itself means "submission to g-d". Its a religion of obedience and leads critical thinking not occuring since if you express a thought counter to the dogma you are a heretic or infidel and subject to death. This is the so called Radical islam that we see - and its not so radical to most muslims. You friend here in the USA would also be considered an apostate and subject to death if he were over there now. And those people on top of that mountain are considered Infidels - and must either convert or die. And all we are doing is making sure they will die with a full stomach. These people should be allowed asylum to come to the uSa if we will not defend them against the monsters who wish them dead. Watch the video i posted earlier in the thread

Ruling his death a homocide seems to be a very dangerous political move. What if .GOV ruled a dead man with clogged arteries a homocide and then went after mcDonalds Or a man who died of complications from diabetes and then Pepsi is blamed and then sued Totally political. Most old people's Deaths are not scrutinized like this.
Not trying to sound insensitive, but why the hell can't the Iraqi people do something about it? I'm of the opinion that the Muslims that don't actively take part in terrorism still support either directly or indirectly. I've heard very few ever speak out against it.
Its the christins and other religuous minorities being murdered. The muzzies agree 100% on the infidels.
