  1. I have to admit - with all my time focuses on our recent new home construction, its been a loooooong time since i cleaned the pistol. Lesson learned
  2. I always crimp on any bullets used in a semiautomatic
  3. PS: with the price of 223 as low as it is right now, if you only reload this caliber you might want to figure out how long it will take you to save that extra dime or so a shot
  4. Clean before you resize. Frankly you can probably skip cleaning the primer pockets if you want to be lazy. I just picked up a used giraud and its the cats meow
  5. Took my sig238 out yesterday for a few minutes of target practice and first shot was click, no bang. Tap, rack and again click no bang. Upon further inspection i saw a large lint build up on the back where the hammer should strike the rear firing pin. Having no tools handy, i used a piece of straw to remove most of the lint. Second attempt worked fine, but with a scattering of FTFs due to light primer strikes. The firing pin channel was definitely dirty from lint. Lesson learned! Be sure to clean those pocket carry guns often - this would have been disastrous if I had actually need the weapon.
  6. We used to go to a vet that had you check a box on the paper work when checking in It said "pet or member of the family" Was a good way for them to understand how to approach you with treatment choices
  7. The tapco trigger is actually very good. Its the one thing they make thats that way! If you are talented, you can mod a doublehook trigger into a hell of a short reset trigger
  8. Remember to take out the back seat too!
  9. Its on my calendar!
  10. Seriously?
  11. Hubba hubba!
  12. What is sawyers? Do tell
  13. I really like this episode - it was like theater - very basic set - dialogue, tension. Very well done
  14. ....and she just blew it by giving up maggies delicate condition!
  15. Red cross is an interesting nonprofit example. They run a business- blood donation - which has significant costs to operate thus their higher percentage. For those interested you can go on Guidestar.com and examine form 990s from any non profit and see what the heck they do with their money and where it comes from
  16. We need a Myface wall http://youtu.be/R_qs_JM48ug
  17. I would think the opposite - that this new amc show actually suggests that daryl is not going anywhere. This motorcycle show only works because of the draw of "daryl" not norman.
  18. Yes, got the decapping pin out with some help from the reloaders bench. But the collet threads somehow got boogered up in this whole mess so i am sending the whole thing back to lee for a quick fix And next time i will not be so careless in my spraying. This is my first ever stuck case in 8 years, and its my fault not the one shot
  19. I am always amazed there are not more NDs at gunstores
  20. I just want to know who managed to find an operational polaroid camera and film!
  21. Here is a pretty comprehensive 6.8 mag review http://68forums.com/forums/showthread.php?14420-6-8-SPC-Magazine-Review
  22. I use hornady one shot but i think i missed spraying this case. I was just so excited to finally have my reloading room set back up! My first time ever having this happen. Biggest bummer was having the damn punch break! I figured i had this all figured out - now off to find a new punch....
