I would be happy to special order any gun you wish or if you wish to handle the purchase on your end; just have the gun transfered into my shop. On pre-paid special orders, I normally am able to cut the margin pretty damn low!. On transfers, we charge 20 bucks (plus 10 to the state) on the first gun, and will do two more for another 10 bucks per gun. I realize there are buyers that like to find great deals, or weird/rare guns on the internet. (I know I do ) The least I can do is help them get the firearm into their hands in a safe and cost efficient manner, and hopefully earn some of their "other" business while in the store

We are a Class III dealer, but recently applied for our Type 07 as well. I think you do need to show that you are going to be ACTIVELY engaged in a business related to the type of license you are requesting. Perhaps a Type 07 would be better for someone in your position. You will be able to work on, and even manufacture firearms, and would also have the ability to do transfers and sell firearms. For our 07, we did have to provide a letter from the city that stated we were not in violation of any of the current zoning for our location.
