  1. Its not just an Operator....Its a Lightweight Champion Operator....super cool!
  2. Damn guys.....and I just got back from kicking my dog. (I need more sleep/down time)
  3. Que? Are you saying that because at midnight last night (while paying more attention to the Olympics than TGO) I made a simple mistake (I knew the R25 was a DPMS, I have played with it and knew very well its a LR308) when focusing on the R15, that now we dont know what we are talking about? And to answer your question in another way; I dont think we have ever claimed to be "veryest mostest uberest tacticalist" as you say, but I will say we are a pretty damn good shop, and not only do we have an amazing black rifle inventory and understanding, we work hard to help and server our many customers interested in this type of firearm. I dont know if your post was meant to be funny or a jab at us. Either way, give me a break.
  4. Here's another question: What about RVs? Do people drive their RVs/Trailers up for this? Im thinking we could bring the ToyBox up with the Harley in the back, park the RV, ride to the event, and then have a close ride to our bed at the end of the race.
  5. Yep. My bad. You are 100% correct on the DPMS-25.
  6. Welcome!
  7. Opps....I meant to say "these things are awesome! come buy them because they are the best featured and priced rifles available"
  8. Come on...he doesnt want to pay way more than he should for an already overpriced and then rebranded Bushmaster?
  9. I have both in stock. They are camouflage Bushmasters so im sure they will be as reliable as a Bushy.
  10. Nevermind. Found a loose description on your website.
  11. Is there a course outline? Im curious what the TTPs are for something like this.
  12. Wow. Im humbled by the awesome display of badassery here! :blah: A few thoughts: 1. I understand that you instructors that teach civilians and the pay to play crowd are in a tough spot. Your ability to market and promote yourselves have a direct impact on your ability to earn a good living. Bright eyed civilians are impressed when they see lots of pretty diplomas and name dropping like SRT...FBI....SWAT....SUPER NINJA....etc. I understand your position, and I dont fault you for pushing yourself or your wares. 2. I have had the honor serving with a bunch of certified studs. I have even had the honor of instructing with some of these same studs. None of these guys had I Love Me Walls, or wore their resume on their chest. They didnt need to. When these guys walked onto a range, or into a classroom respect and awe was in no short supply. No need to chest thump. No need to list 47 different "high speed" schools attended. No promotion needed. 3. I didn't stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night, but I spent 20 years humping my hotel on my back
  13. Its been awhile since I posted here, so here are a few of my EMCR (Evil Multi-Colored Rifles) Primary CQB rifle featuring LMT MRP upper with 5.56 and 6.8 systems SPR: featuring Vltor Vis-2/Noveske system in 5.56

    First AR-15 M4

Yeah, we have Spikes launchers in stock

    First AR-15 M4

Congrats on your purchase. Make sure you post pictures! Your best bet is to go with a 37mm launcher. They are legal to own without any special taxes or documentation, and are affordable (225-325 range) fun. We have one in stock for you to play with if you make it down to Winchester.
  16. Sounds like solid advice. +1 Rep for Walter
  17. No need to apologize. Im glad you found what you needed locally.
  18. Great advice John! I will try to stay away from Shirly. Im taking Kelly, and I dont now how she would feel about me nailing her.... Im thinking that my best infill/exfill option is to ride the Harley. If i ride the BMW, some drunk hiillbilly will knock it over....
  19. how long do these races last? It starts at 8pm.
  20. I plan on drinking, so no carry. I guess we could ride a bike (BMW or Harley) up....that may make it easier to get in, park, and then leave.
  21. Im just curious; how much do you think people have to pay for these tickets? Having never been, I have no idea how much it costs to attend one of these events. (I have been to Laguna Seca many times, the Long Beach Grand Prix, and a bunch of Porsche and BMW club racing events, but never anything like this)
  22. I dont know where the seats are. I know they are "VIP" whatever that means, and they are actually paid for by Remington.
  23. Ok, so here's the deal; I have never been to a NASCAR style race in my life. Not only am I not a "fan" but I have never gotten crazy about big heavy American cars driving in a circle. I get a call today from one of my distributors. They have VIP tickets for the Sharpie 500 next weekend. http://www.bristolmotorspeedway.com/events/sharpie_500/ My guy offers me the tickets, which I accept. So, what should I expect? Anything I need to know? What should I take? Anything I shouldnt take? Will I be ok driving one of my BMWs? or should I bring my good 'ole American build Ford Superduty? Should I go buy one of those fake mullets?
  24. Good to hear! Enjoy your gun, and continue to build your relationship with your local dealers.
  25. I dont know about "investing" in guns, too hard to crystal ball. I do know that guns seem to hold their value (yes, some even go up) better than most things and are always pretty liquid, which is good when times get tough and you need money fast. Unlike plasma TVs, golf clubs, baseball bats, computers, skis, etc. guns dont really depreciate because the new '09s are out. They are not rendered obsolete very quickly and even when they are, their values continue to hold or increase.
