  1. Channel 2 Nashville reports the price of gas is up .03 per gallon! OMG! I better rush out and start filling 5gal cans!!!! *I had just filled my primary and aux fuel tanks on Wed. so I have 75 gallons of #2 Diesel in reserve.
  2. Ours looks like that, just slightly nicer (IMHO) mods/specs. I will post pictures once it gets back in the shop.
  3. Yeah, we have one built up in Voodoo Blue, but its with Rod right now, so I couldnt take pictures.
  4. Updated with two new rifles.

    FAL PARTS

I have an Imbel kit AND DSA receivers in stock...
  6. Another 10/22 build: This build uses the very cool Nordic Components AR22 chassis that allows you to drop a standard Ruger 10/22 receiver in, and then bolt on standard AR15 furniture. Specs: Nordic Components AR22 $224.00 Ruger 10/22 Receiver (complete) $150.00 ER Shaw Barrel $200.00 Magpul MIAD pistol grip $32.00 ACE M4 SOCOM Stock $185.00 YHM free float quad rail $145.00 Harris Bipod $85.00 Burris Extreme Tactical Rings $70.00 Millett DMS-1 scope $275.00 Tactical Innovations magazine $69.00
  7. Oh, just business as usual; amazing inventory (600+ quality firearms) very fair prices, and our friendly smiling faces (we had to bring in more gun cases since you were here last, so the store has been rearranged to make everything fit. Its crazy how we can have 4500sqft of showroom and be out of room AGAIN!)
  8. There is no doubt that there are suppressors available for the faster moving rimfire cartridges. The point Dan is trying to make is that to get the performance (ie: Hollywood quite) that you may be looking for, you are playing with the wrong caliber. My 10/22 chambered in .17HM2 is pretty damn quite with a suppressor, but is 10x louder than my 10/22 chambered in .22LR using subsonic ammo.
  9. There is no FET on lowers. You are saving FET by buying and assembling a rifle from parts/kit rather than buying a complete rifle from a licensed manufacturer, which is required to pay (which they then factor into their cost) 11% FET on all rifles manufactured.
  10. My "tactical" or ugly 10/22 with it's big brother a Barrett M82 Specs and Costs: Ruger 10/22 Receiver $149.00 Harris bi-pod $100.00 Hogue Overmolded Stock $99.00 Tactical Innovations lightweight fluted Barrel, threaded 1/2x28tpi for suppressor $230.00 Leupold Rifleman 2-7x40 scope $130.00 Skeeter match trigger $150.00 Hero-Gear .22 Suppressor $250.00
  11. My custom 10/22 rechambered in .17HM2 Specs and Costs: Ruger 10/22 Receiver reworked into .17HM2 $249.00 Tactical Innovations TI25 magazine $69.00 Raptor Stock in Habinero $169.00 E.R. Shaw Stainless Barrel, threaded 1/2x28tpi for suppressor $200.00 Leupold VXII 3-9x40 scope $369.00 Not Pictured: Yankee Hill Machine Stainless Steel Mite Suppressor $250.00
  12. We have been building lots of custom rimfire rifles to shoot suppressors off of, and I thought I would built a blingtastic Hero-Gear version for myself. Specs and Costs: Tactical Innovations receiver (thats right, this is NOT a Ruger) $234.00 Tactical Innovations TI25 magazine $69.00 Raptor Stock in Atomic Red $169.00 E.R. Shaw Stainless Barrel, threaded 1/2x28tpi for suppressor $200.00 Leupold VXII 3-9x40 scope $369.00 Kidd two stage match trigger $289.00 Ruger Bolt and charging handle (free) Soon to be replaced by a Volquartsen $200.00 Not Pictured: Yankee Hill Machine Stainless Steel Mite Suppressor $250.00 As you can see, you can build a very expensive and unique rimfire rifle. If you are interested in a project like this, we would be happy to help you put one together, or you can refer to some of the resources below for parts and info and do it yourself. 18. Thats because the cool kids get in actual firefights **and to expand on that; cool kids don't wear gloves in combat because their hands get hot. They wear gloves because they are in an austere and hostile environment and extra protection from the hazards of beating hadji down is a plus. I would say that heat should not be a problem when shooting your civilian rifle at a civilian range, paying for your ammo with civilian dollars. (in other words; don't sweat it man...if you can afford to expend enough ammo over a sustained period time which results in your upper getting so hot that you need gloves or high speed rail covers, then you can certainly afford to buy said gloves or rail covers...) So lets be honest with ourselves here; buy whatever rail covers look cool, and make you and your wallet happy.
  19. 1. Yeah, you could put 3 GT showrooms into ours. *I didnt say we were a bigger company, just have a much better showroom 2. Rossville GA is pretty freak'n far from Nashville 3. Last I checked, you still need credentials to shop there.
