  1. Those are the pre-production prototypes. We played with them at SHOT. Word is the production units will have less detail, so you should hold off and see a live sample before buying.
  2. You will have no problem running a suppressor off your G19, provided you have the correct suppressor and barrel. I haven't seen any aftermarket barrel support for the PT145, but if they are available, you would also be able to shoot your Taurus suppressed with the correct equipment. There is an NFA section on TGO which you should visit. It includes a list of Class III dealers in the area what would be happy to help you. If you have further questions, I am happy to help you. We have plenty of this stuff in stock for you to touch which should help you with the selection process.
  3. Well said! Don't believe the hype from the crowd. Buy smart, and don't overspend. If you think the price is too high, walk away.
  4. Yep. 18" is a good way to go.
  5. we are currently out of stock, with more on order.
  6. Yeah, it can be rebarreled. If you want the SBR, you should just contact the dealer you ordered it through, and have him change the order.
  7. Yeah, that was a one way ticket on the fail boat...lol Back to your new baby: Its pure sex! Enjoy!
  8. My 220 Elite SAO
  9. How is yours SAO? Is the picture you posted your gun? or a stock picture?
  10. Congrats. I have the same gun, but as God intended; SINGLE ACTION ONLY!
  11. Sorry I missed you today. I was up in Nashville at a big NRA meeting. Enjoy the kit, and hope to see you soon! (how does your old man like his revolver we sold him last summer?)
  12. If you dont buy it at 650.00 let me know and I will buy it.
  13. Nice Pony and congrats. *Plus its good to see Bill selling real guns
  14. I don't think anyone is snippy here. The OP was looking at spending 1k on an obsolete vest. Paca and other bottomfeeder vests have been placed in many departments by meeting (barely) minimum specs and being the low bidder. Its a fact. Nothing snippy about that at all. If the OP is looking for armor for when the zombies come, I concur that bulletproofme is a good resource and I know many happy customers that have used them for carriers and plates. Keep in mind, surplus or low bid armor is like a firearm. There is nothing wrong with buying an old LE trade in 5906 or Gen2 Glock from CDNN if thats what you want. For some, these guns fit their budget and needs so there is no need to spend more. For others, they prefer something like a new high end 1911, and are willing to spend to get it. Finally, since this thread was started as a question regarding the legalities of buying/selling body armor, I am going to move this thread since it has nothing to do with the NFA.
  15. The SABR is a great rifle. I ordered about 25 of them at SHOT, so I am looking forward to seeing them in the store. I plan on replacing my 10" full auto DSA OSW Fal with a 12" SABR when it arrives
  16. Thanks, make sure the rest of you guys pass the word as well. This will be a great event, and we welcome both regular and new customers!
  17. Yeah, low bidder POS vests are great.
  18. Yeah, but I can only sell those if you have a Multipass
  19. "Class III" or the NFA has nothing to do with body armor. If the vest you are looking at is "camo" it is either a flak jacket (worn by US troops from early 80's until about 6/7 years ago) or Interceptor body armor, sometimes known as RBA. Either way, they are both obsolete and would serve no purpose for current US troops. Someone is trying to find a fool with more money than sense that has their tinfoil hat on too tight. If you want good body armor, 1000.00 bucks will buy you an OTV which is what the guys in the box are currently wearing. These can be purchased from places my Hero-Gear, and again, are not restricted in their ownership.
  20. I would be happy to sell you a Glock for 850.00
