  1. I never looked at the inst. I used the videos, and I had never even attempted this before. I did it on all 4 of my M&P's. That being said I did not get that kit. I got the sear and the FPB.
  2. I don't understand theis statement, You pull the slide back, lock it, flip the take down lever, and push the disconnect (i use a pen, little screw driver. Finger is just too big). and release the slide. I never liked the "pull the trigger" to take down stuff. +1000 Randy is truely a stand up guy. Yes Watch the videos, they do make it easier.
  3. How much are dues and where is it at? I want some place I can go shoot, not have to attend meetings and listen to a bunch of old farts whine about crap for 2 hrs once a month.
  4. LOL now that's funny.
  5. Good Grief, So far no one here is being ignored by me. I had a reason for asking, the reason is I ignored someone who I felt was just wasting my time on an item I have for sale. So rather than deal with stupitidy I ignored that person. I just wanted to know if they were told I was ignoring them or did they think I was just being rude by not replying. Doesn't matter, same result, I no longer have to see their crap.
  6. Thanks. I appreciate the heads up. You are no longer being ignored.
  7. I did not get it.
  8. ok. You are now being ignored.
  9. When you place a member on the ignor list, if they attempt to send you a message do they get a message that they are being ignored?
  10. Can I use this in a bolt action Remington?
  11. You could always fill the base with sand and glue it together, IOW instead of taking it apart right at the base, put about a 3" upright with a coupler to attach the rest of it to. then you could fill the base with sand, cap the pipe with glue, put on the coupler and then be back in business ready to place the uprights in place.
  12. make that 3
  13. David adwarded most if not all of the donators last year benefactor status. I'm not sure where the "cutoff" was but "there ya go".
  14. Now that ain't right.
  15. Come on now, tell us how you really feel.
  16. Oh that sucks. hope they get caught by you before the cops get to them.
  17. Oh yea that makes sense. Mike, Just a suggestion but it works for me. My wife buys those little boxes of dry cereal and I keep some in the truck. They are not much but when it's so hot outside like it has been lately I find that even if I'm "not hungry" I'll eat a box and I'll feel better. Most of them are only 100 calories and they require no special storage.
  18. Been there. Not fun. You need to be careful. Heat will kill you.
  19. Hey Joe, Before you can the blackberry. look at Crackberry.com, all kinds of apps and such. Also the Bold is a bunch faster than the tour.
  20. Voting looks a little one sided to me LOL. You know I'm in. Also anything I can do to make it easier for you i'll do my best.
  21. Fastest I've been is in an old 70 cougar XR7 that I inherited from my brother who got it from my sister, who had a friend that owned a race team and had them rebuild it, I got to 100 MPh once on a long stretch in east NC, at 100 I could stomp it and the front end tried to lift off the ground. I'm a big chicken, I backed off of it and it never saw above 80 (and that's on the interstate) again. Sure wished I had that car back, sold it during some troubled times and heard the guy did not take care of it and blew the motor apart
  22. Man I'm so glad. You never called to round up the possee though, things go better on the other avenue? I know you are a happy camper.
  23. well coming from a "professional" the signs and stickers are your first line of defense. Most theives decide to "go somewhere else" than take a chance on getting caught because of a alarm. And yes there have been studies, they talk to theives that are in jail and most of them will tell you the sign gives them pause. That said, the signs you buy off the web (the generic ones) don't really help, only the ones from a true alarm company, with company name, ETC on the sign.
  24. Best place in Chattanooga? According to the news, it looks to be MLK BLVD. and the 3rd street area. That's where everyone else is shooting in Chattanooga.
  25. Accurate as I am. I've never had it fail to fire or fail to feed. As far as selling one. Hadn't thought about it. I guess everything is for sale at the right price. Edited to add: One of our vendors, Outpost Armory, has one on the shelf, brand new for 580.00 I think. I was there on Monday and they had that and the SU-22.
