I used the toothpick method. Works well, but with sights that small they are not easily seen. In a SD situation you will not use the sights on the pocket gun.

Those things are picky about how everything is lined up. Can you get it back apart? If so check everything becasue something is not lined up properly.

Small dog, or something that is not known for aggressiveness, I'll try and scare them off. Most of the time you can yell as a dog and it will back down (I don't mean scream, I mean yell and is "go home" or "stop" or something. Give it a command). Now if its a known aggreessive dog, I'll still try that but will be bringing the gun down to bear at the same time.

I carry one every day. I own a Glock 23. But don't carry it. I just traded a 2nd 23 for a 45c. Once I get my apex kit it will be my daily carry.

I carry everywhere I go. My mom hates guns. Guess it comes from an abusive husband pulling one on you enough times and you get to hate them. On my last trip she asked me what the thing hanging off my holster was. It was my thumb release but she is coming around.
