My fil passed last May and my wife have a "visit" 3 times right begore he passed and an angel was comming and taking him home. When my mom passed my dad came to me and told me he was glad I made it (he died in2010). I believe in life after this life is over and is sounds like your mom and grand mom did too.

I understand using the drone to inspect a roof. The thing I have the problem with is the sob needs to get permission or its fair game. Now, where im at I own my property, the lot next door and my son owns the one on the other side, im out in the country so no laws against shooting, and there would be no good reason for anyone to be flying a drone ovrr my house and loitering and filming my stuff, id be within my rights to do what I have to to protect my family. Who knows he could be someone out to get me and have an ied strapped to the stupid thing. And not knowing his intentions has me in fear of my family's protection.

I agree with ground to air retaliation. It seems people are too afraid of the courts. Id simply tell the jude that I thought it was peeping into my windows for a heist or trying to look into my gradchildrens bedroom/bathroom window in which case the guy should be thankful the drone is all I shot.

Ok. First according to fox news there was no search warrant. But, to me it's the same thing as them flying over my property looking for pot. If it's out in the open its fair game. That's just like you riding down the road and a cop sees you through your window and can see you have no seatbelt on. Or around here I hear it all the time on the scanner, a le calls in to central saying I just saw so and so and his license is revoked and he is driving on such and such street, initiating stop, verify dl status. He has already stopped the guy before he has confirmation that his dl is revoked.
