  1. Sounds like me, when I quit I went for 3 days without one and I was smoking Kool Super longs:death:, Well I decided I wanted one and tried to "hot box it" and ended up on the floor drunk from the cig. That's when I decided to quit and haven't gone back since. But there are days.

    Snake!!!!

I just got off the phone with TWRA and the State of TN. and beleive it or not according to them, TCA 39-17-101 states "it is against the law to handle a snake" which they interpet as being against the law to kill a snake, this is their only reference. So if I am to interpet the law litterly, if I don't "handle" the snake then it's not against the law. OK fine by me I ain't touching one dead or alive.

OK, so maybe it's not illegal, we are just getting that it is from this site? Wow, I guess I'd better do some research to see what I can find out since I was told by a TWRA officer it was illegal. Oh I'm not going to worry about killing a snake, shoot my cats would eat whats left and want more.
  5. Dang, Now that was rough. Looks like they said the H*** with it he ain't getting away PERIOD.
  6. Now that's funny, I like Ray Stevens but never saw that oen before.

I think herein lies my problem with snakes. When I was younger (12 or 13) I was chased by a Water mossican. Never knew a snake would chase a person. Dang I about had a heart attack.
  8. Yes I know the "trader feedback" was a gaping security hole. I guess what I was suggesting was a forum heading where we could post a message such as "+1 for Tungston" and the message body could be a little more detail. That way it's just another message on the board. I do feel that the negative feedback still needs to be handled behind the pm or email doors. That is unless soemone turns out to be a scammer, but that's different.

    You sir are crazy. ROTFLOL
  11. My wife got a kick out of it as well. Very funny.
  12. Just as the title suggests. I have done alot of deals from here and have been treated well, well except for 1 trip that after I got there the guy backed out on the deal. But seriously we need a place to let people know that we have had dealing with someone and that they are trustworthy. Not someplace to badmouth someone for a deal gone sour, that needs to be done VIA Pm or email, not on a public board.

  14. They are all idiots. What would make a legal gun toting citizen decide "hey, I'm in a Nat. park, let's shoot something". If you ask me (and you didn't) all laws restricting when and where I can carry are unconstutional. JMHO

    Snake!!!!

You know he is against it. Then it would be legal to shoot him.

    Snake!!!!

Yep TN has some stupid laws, No offense taken.

    Snake!!!!

Not you, mars told me to shut up, and I feel it was pretty rude since I was not asked for a legal reference. Sorry you took this the wrong way.

Boy talk about someone having a bad day? Excuse me for voicing my feelings.

    Snake!!!!

Don't matter, killin one is illegal. period. Nah, what ever gave you that idea? It's nothing for me to walk out in my yard carrying my Taurus judge just to go mow the yard. Can't stand a snake, no sir re bob. That becomes self defense. If you ask me I'll kill all I can find in my yard and claim self defense.

    Snake!!!!

No there would be more marks. I would have emptied the shotgun. Never mind tghe camera, I would have used my M&P40c, I figure with 31 rounds I might have been able to hit it enough times to kill it. With plenty of shells Agreed, if it's still moving I'm still shooting. Mothballs work, but a shotgun works better. Yes I know it's ilegal to kill "any" snake in TN. But you are talking to a person who will run over one and back up to make sure I finished the job. Smart person, a dead snake can't bite me. I don;t think I'd go that far (unless it's so close I can't get away).
