  1. I make it easy, I don't go to the doctors office. Shoot, if they knew anything they would not calll their business a "practice".
  2. Eddie, I'm truly sorry to hear this.We are here for you brother. If you need anything pm me and I'll do what I can.
  3. Canyn, When are you going to learn? Stop drinking while surfing.
  4. Yea they went downhill fast, when they first opened they were all over getting someone help.
  5. That's about right, I just figured everyone hits a slump, never figured it would go this far.
  6. Get off exit 49, go to the intersection where mcdonalds is turn right, about 1/2 to 3/4 mile on right, across from high school. I know a bunch of details but they are not for open forum, my friends name has been drug through the mud enough for now. Never figured they were closing untuil about 2 weeks ago. Been trying to get them to get some more new guns in so I can buy but no dice. One of the owners is a friend of mine as well, I just can't figure out what happened with them.
  7. It's a sad day in the gun business, I saw today that they are closing up shop. Not sure what happened because they had great deals and treated everyone respectable. I do know that back in DEc. they had an employee arrested for theft over 60,000, his trial was last week, they dropped it down to theft over 10,000 and after a week long trial he was found Not Guilty, seem the whole story was not told at first. I considered this employee a friend and was shocked to hear he could do such a thing. After it was all said and done he was apparently doing what they had told him to do and the judge and jury saw it this way. They sale starts Thursday, they open at 9:30. Only got a few handguns, a bunch of rifles, and all kinds of fishing junk, clothes, safes, you will just have to go see for yourself.

    QUESTION??

This has always confused me, thanks for clearing it up. so according to ATF I can ship you (a resident of Tenn) a handgun direct and not have to go through a FFL. Great. Oh Welcom to TGO Arrowhead.
  9. Heck, I was in Johnson City last week, got into an accident (woman shot up on my right side while I was trying to change lanes), cop never even asked if I was armed, I guess he assumed when he ran my license that since I have a HCP I was indead armed and saw no reason to bring it up. Now he did cite me for improper lane change even though looking at the place I was trying to change lanes I should NOT have been the one ticketed. But he was professional and polite.
  10. Yes you do and at $3.50 a pack, a pack a day (assuming) That's over $200.00 towards your next firearm purchase (or a tank of gas). Congrats Mike, "you have done well grasshopper".
  11. Speer gold dots, Was carrying extreme shock but found out it's a hyped up bunch of garbage.
  12. :bowrofl:
  13. Ok, what's up with this personal attack crap? It's hard to follow when you can't see all sides of the story. Kinda like when I was a kid listening in on the old party line phones, you always had 1 line that you couldn't hear due to one reason or another.
  14. Mike, you gotta stop changing your avatar. Dang it's hard to keep up with them. LOL
  15. I see those signs all the time, pawn shops are good for them, they are NOT "legal" signs so I keep on about my business. I can tell you that for the most part these signs are for the idiots that come in there waving a gun around to pawn or to get worked on. I ignore them unless I'm told otherwise (as in my cover comes up and I am "made") then I'll thank them and leave.
  16. Not that lind of license.... You have to go through back ground checks, have to have training (former LE might be exempt), and you have to pay the state their hush money. Anyone can get a business license in their city/ county for anything they want, locals don't care as long as they are making their money.
  17. You have to be licensed by the state contracting board. Best to refer him to them. You have to have a license issued by them to do PI work.
  18. Just trying to help. Lord knows we need to stick together cause the anti's are (pardon the pun) gunnin for us left and well left.
  19. Me? I've got my mind made up and my bag is packed. I have a glock 22 (sorry Mars) and 2 (count em 2) sub 2000's in 40 that take the glock mag, along with aboiut 30 mags. As a "reach out and touch somone" weapon I have a PLR 16 with about 15 mags. I know the 40 ammo is not as accessable as say a 9 or 45, but I plan on carrying enough in my bag to take care of what I need until I can runb across some more. BTW, my primary carry is a S&W M&P40c and I have at least 15 mags fully loaded for it as well. Dang I just figured out why my back hurts sometimes.

    Ignore List...

I only have 1 person on my ignore list, and the only reason he is there is I drove halfway across the state with the promise of him buying my gun and once there he found any reason he could to not buy it. So I placed him on my ignore list and that's where he will stay. It cost me 70.00 round trip for nothing.
  21. Yes you are but it's not much, I think it's like 3% and on 10.00 I think it's about .30. I use paypal and in an instance like this I thought maybe the faster the better.
  22. No law. Used to be many (and I do mean many) years ago. It was in the commercial carriers handbook, I've actually seen it but it is no longer there. And with what you are hauling I would NOT go unarmed.
  23. Pm received and replied to. Let me know.
