  1. He does have a lot on his plate right now.
  2. I'm in.
  3. You will probably be jacked up, locked up, arraigned before you can even tell them you have a permit:death: I was just telling my wife that if the civil war was to happen today the south would probably win since most northerners don't have guns laying around, their "just for hunting":tinfoil:
  4. The great and powerful oz don't want you to load up on guns. It will be more he has to carry off later.
  5. Right or wrong I always give my HCP with my DL, I travel into NC and there you ARE required to inform. The one time I have been stopped was no big deal. And when I got into an accident I was standing their talking to the officer (he had my dl and had seen my hcp) with my firearm on my hip, he never gave me a second look. He did however give me a ticket for improper lane change and something else. Most LEO's could care less if you have a gun (at least in my experiance), I worked inside a local sheriff's department for a week installing an access control. After being in there 4 days one of the deputies came up to me and said "the sheriff has a bunch of trustee's working around here and he would appreciate it if you would take that off" So I did. Now the city of Athens is another story, those fools spent money on signs for the city schools knowing none were needed.
  6. Ok so they will issue a call tag most of the time, repair what ever the heck is wrong with the firearm in question, and return it to you on their dime and their customer service sucks. Dang dude I need to introduce you to the customer service at some alarm manufactuing companies. They give you a warranty starting on the day it was born for 3 years, not the day it was installed, and don't send it back 2 days after the warranty expires. Give it a rest, if you don't want Smith to fix your gun fine, but don't bitch about their customer service.
  7. That's an idea. How big is the gun? I have a small lock box. Got no idea on the size od the king cobra but if it's close to the size of a med. automatic I have may have a small lock box that would work.
  8. here is your solution http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220310887649&ssPageName=ADME:X:AAQ:US:1123
  9. Oh no, I can't believe you went down that path. OMG
  10. We do NOT want to know how you would know this.:shake:
  11. No problem, I was reading soem where 1 gun store sold 329 ar 15's from Jan to Nov 3rd, and then sold 1125 from Nov 4th to Dec 1st. So that's where I got the question from, seems like business is booming.
  12. But that's because suppliers can't keep up I kno whe is anti 2A, but I thought it was funny at the time. Again I was trying to be funny, since we all know he is out to get us. But the gun stores in our area have been wall to wall, selling everything and anything that will go bang.
  13. Think about it, he has single handedly done more to get guns into the hands of legal citizens of these United States. Right now you can't find any EBR's most any where.
  14. Damn, sound like you run a wrecker service. LOL. Yea people are that stupid.
  15. I HAd to go to lowes and then to Wal mart but it was later in the morning. Nothing to do with sales, just needed some other stuff.
  16. I'm thanksful for all the blessings of life, no matter how small they may seem. My life is full of miracles, my wife was burned when she was 3 or so, drs. told her she could have no children due to the scaring, I have 2 wonderful children, my son was given up to die 12 hrs after he was born due to being a premie (in 79 it was almost a death sentance) the 5th of Nov he celabrated his 29th birthday, he has cp but makes me proud that he has never given up. My daughter is 27. She has 2 wonderful grand children, 1 of which was born at 6 months, weighing in at a whopping 1lb 5.5 oz. she spent 3 months in the hospital and today is 8 years old and a joy to have in my life. I'm thankful for every person that God has chosen to allow me to meet and count as friends and family. I'm thankful that I too live in the United States of America, still the greatest nation on the planet, even with all our flaws. I'm thankful that some way all my bills seem to get paid. I'm self employed and it seems the right job comes along at the right time to allow me to keep things together. I'm thankful that I still have my mom and dad, even if I don't always call them when I should. This I have to change. And I'm thankful that God is a mercyful God and has forgiven me of all my sins and mistakes.
  17. Once, (he is left handed, and the mag release had not been reversed), I removed his mag (it had already been released by him somhow) and carried it around with me all day. He didn't find it until he was taking his gun off for the evening. LOL. Now in all honesty he was with me all day long and his saftey was NOT comprimised.
  18. David, My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your wife. Nothing else I could say really matters. Just remember that we are here for you.
  19. I've removed my son's shells out of his carry, he took it off to go into the post office and I swiped his bullets. LOL:D

    Flash Point

Don't know about flash point but was wondering about Shark. It seems to have disappeared as well.
  21. Sorry, due to my spelling errors, it made it hard to understand. The whole thing is even being my own boss I sometimes have to abide by someone elses rules in order to pay my bills.
  22. Working in a building where the pres. is anti. Went deep concealed. Wasn't worried about being attacked, plant was empty. Good news is I didn't get anymore new scratches on my primary carry.
  23. I've got a vcr lock box that you can get cheap. I bought 3 of them a while ago and got 2 still sealed in the box. PM me if you want one.
