  1. I spent 5 1/2 years in the AF, living on base is great in one way and sucks in another. You loose a lot of rights living on base, but you get reant and utility free housing, 3 squares a day, and if the SHTF and you are on a SAC base you probally will have no worries, they would be the first taken out.
  2. As my granddaughter would say, "don't do it, think about your options" You've been too long without one to start back now. Go shoot something, the smell of burning gunpowder might help.
  3. I'd take my article 15 and tell em to boot me out. Non of their busness wher and what kind of guns you own as long as they are not on post.
  4. Nope, they lost a tower:eek:. don't know how loose something that big but that's what the cops on the scanner said.
  5. If you were in Athens I woudl recommend Professional Jewelers.
  6. And the vote is...... 24 yes, 7 no
  7. I thought they were supposed to do that.
  8. What happened? Did he not bring it up?
  9. Figures. My wife and I had to step outside to bottle feed some abandoned kittens. She sure has grown fond of them.
  10. What happend to 578?
  11. At least they don't let any grass grow under their feet when discussing these bills.
  12. They just brought it up as a message. Guess we will see if it comes up for a vote today.
  13. As long as you BOTH work to make the marrage work then it will. Just a little advise from someone who has been married for almost 24 wonderful years. 1. never go to bed mad at each other. 2. Always be willing to comprimise (you are in thsi together so you may have differing viewpoints from time to time). 3. never lie to each other (other than the "no that dosen't make your butt look fat kind of lie). 4. Never hide anything from each other (that's a lie in it'self). Nov 23 will be 24 years and if I had it to do I'd do it all over again.

    Snake!

That's quite alright:rolleyes:. If I see it before it sees me If I am in it's arena I'm outta there, if he's in mine he's dead with a capital D. Tn law be damned I'm protecting my family. Tell me about it, I was under a house once and the homeowner joked about killin a snake under the house. Told him that unless he wants a hole in his floor where my big butt came through he'd better hush. Now my oldest brother, I watched him pick up a water mossican and fling it (more like snapping a whip). And my other brother used to have this big boa in his house, fed it live mice and crap. No thanks.

    Snake!

Yea me too. there would be holes all in that concrete and the walls behind it from ricochets.
  16. You did, didn't ya.
  17. While I don't smoke (been smoke free since July 3, 1992) I do not agree with the states new law about smoking. I agree that it is probably costing restaurants money and they need to get together to fight to get that law of the books or at least modified somehow. I have been in restaurants where I was seated in a non smoking section and still could smell it across the room, and I have been in some that had proper ventilation and you couldn't smell it almost right next to the section.
  18. We need (actually I hope we don't) a "resturant posted" database. So we can aviod any places that post. Just a suggestion.
  19. Ok, you have to give up the goods on this guy. And how much.
  20. Just going by what they were saying while debating the bill.
  21. You got the only certificate. However if you know when and where you took the class they could look it up for you.
  22. You guys do know it's always been against the law to drink while carrying.
  23. Thanks for all the info folks. Question has been answered. Please lock thread.
  24. Thanks Fallguy, I think ggun just like to stir Hey ggun, go away. don't respond to my threads. Exactly, that was my point. the po can't tell my wife not to carry, and he can't tell her not to take her brother to the dr's office. LOL now thats funny right there, I don't care who you are.
