While I don't OC, I do OWB carry. Some times it becomes exposed. I do however try to get a table or booth where I can sit and my holster not been seen (yes I do where my holster even if I have left the gun in the truck). I'm thinking on June 1st I'll get out my big shiney Para Ord. 14.45 LDA in all stainless and OC it into Outbacks. Just kidding, but you know someone is gonna try it.

I agree. Oh and BTW I spoke with the mgt at Outbacks in Cleveland and they thought I was carrying anyway:p. Told me "feel better knowing someone beside the bad guy's are carrying" Now that's my kind of restaurant. Of course when I go there they treat me well.

Oh no you didn't. LOL Well talk about messed up information, when my wife took her class the instructor told the class you could carry where booze was being served. We had that discussion here and once I could prove him wrong (just so he didn't get someone into trouble with bad info) I went to him and showed him in the law where he was wrong. Unfortunately not long after that he passed on of a heart attack, (I think). So I'm not sure if he was able to put the info I gave him to use.

Me? I'd give him/her 3 or 4 days and then just "check" on the status of the decision. That does 2 things, 1 lets him know you are interested and 2 reminds him he has a buyer "on the hook".

What law were the other 3 breaking? UNless they were driving, or had drugs on them then no. if the drugs were found in the car it's "officers" discretion to figure out who had "control" over it, unless someone cops to the drugs. My question is, how did the other 3 get home?
