I heard about that guy, he is (or was) an ALA cop trying to bust people, only problem was I think he is the one that got busted, seems what he was doing was illegal and got turned into the ATF froma guy out of Chattanooga or N Ga he tried the same stunt on. No as far as I'm concerned, I ask to see HCP (proves you are over 21, a TN resident, and not a felon). I am not keeping track. I did write down a couple of tag numbers and veh. make and model when I did my first trades, but I got enough paperwork to deal with, I'm not going to try and make myself more.

I have the motorolla 9Q or Q9, whatever, the Q phone. I like it, I don't like the data plan but I use it enough to warrant keeping it. If I was to buy another phone today it would be another Q or at least a windows based "smartphone"

Applebees here in Athens had a big write up in the paper the day after the veto override. The manager said he is going to get corp. to let him post. I'll have to go by there next time I'm going out and drop off the receipt.

What's funny about this is I was in BSM every weekend, carrying, went one weekend and my wife pointed out the sign at the entrance, had to go back ou tjust to read the sign, checked all main entrances to the lot and they were all posted. I left, sent a letter to the owners of the mall, nothing happened. And yes I'm like you, I used to spend a bunch there.

Again contact your alarm company, they have to record everything, they WILL have a record they can fax or email to you of exactly what happened at what times and who was notified and who at dispatch took the call. I'm serious about this. If it took the alarm company 5 min to call the cops on a hold up alarm then they need to be fired TODAY.

Just for info purposes, IF the alarm company set it up correctly they called the cops first so they should have been on the way within seconds, then they should have called your house and cell phone only to notify you. If they called your house and cell BEFORE dispatching, fire them and get another alarm company. Can't help that the cops are slow to respond, but eh sure should have NOT "strolled in" (unless of course you are always setting off the panic:cool:). They should NEVER call the premises on a holdup/panic alarm, and the central station should tell the cops they have a panic or hold up alarm. Call your monitoring company and demand a copy of the activity report so you can see exactly what happened and when.

When they started regulating absolutely everything I stopped watching racing. I liked it when you built the best car you could build, trained the best driver and pit crew, and won on skill, not just who managed to out maneuver the other guy out of first place.

All American Gun store in Athens has stacks of them, I like theirs, they are like new and most still have cardboard in them.

Any gun chambered in 40S&W is going to do that. Stop recycling rounds and throw those 2 away, the chamber pressure can destory the gun and your hand. I'll cycle a round about 10 to 12 times and then I either shoot it or throw it away (unless I see signs of "setback" before then, then I will just pitch it.
