I heard a couple of guys talking about a gun range in Gatlinburg at Bass Pro. I asked them where it was but neither knew where exactly. One said they had a 200 yard rifle range and a 50 yard pistol range. I was really excited until I realized neither had actually been there. They were going off of what they had heard. Any info about it or not about it? It is so hard to find a range near me. I was spoiled as there were 3 ranges withing 30 minutes of my house or my farmer friend 15 minutes away in Wisconsin. I have load development to do on 3 rifles

I picked up 2 lbs of W296 from PV just last week, Loaded up 350 rds of 357. It was hit or miss on that powder for the last 3 weeks.

Kimber 84 in 280 AI. I run 160gr accubonds. Deer in windy Wyoming. Leupold 4-14x40 with the cds turrent. I use its little brother in 6.5 Creed with 130's for smaller deer, antelope.

No problems with using my sled the last 10 or so years. I have never strapped a rifle down in it. I tend to shoot pretty loose with my left hand resting on the middle of the scope.

I put together a 6.5 Grendel using different lower and upper that I put together. On the barrel I went with the Faxon Gunner 16' barrel. It has taken 5 whitetails from 40 yards to 175 yards. It seems to like the 123 SST's the best. I have dies, brass and bullets but waiting till i need them
