I'm glad that has worked out for you. .and where you go . . but believe me that is not the case for everyone. . you take that T Mobile prepay phone of yours north of I 40 in TN between Nashville and Knoxville or almost anywhere in Kentucky between I 65 and I 75 and many other places that I'm not gonna take the time to mention off the top of my head much less research. . and all you are gonna get is searching for service. I didnt offer this man my advise because I bought a phone and it worked for me. .I put my 2 cents in because Ive worked in the field for 7 years and addressed these issues after people have made poor decisions based on bad information roughly 40 times a day. . 5 days a week. . 49 weeks per year (after vacations are taken out) for 7 years. . so believe you me. . and I will say it once again if you must have your cell phone work. . wherever you go and you want to have a prepay phone. . you better make sure that the carrier its housed on has home coverage where you need it to work. And that holds true to straight talk on CDMA on Verizon they have some significant holes in KY, ME, OK, KS, and many other places that once again Im not going to take the time name them all. . and their home coverage is by far the most comprehensive of any carrier. .and another thing when you look at these coverage maps be carefull. . both Tmobile and ATT are notorious in the industry to build their coverage maps off of where they have licences. . not off their engineering maps (where actual towers are operating). You couple these mis-representations of coverage along with the fact that GSM cell towers don't get near the range. . building penetration. .or capacity as CDMA. . we are back to my original analysis. . GSM SUCKS. . .

I was talking to Gary. . one my friends at Verizon Repair Bureau (their fancy name for technical services) and they did put a 2gb redirect on their data platform that automatically routes data connection after 2gb of usage to 1x. . I bet thats what they are gonna use that for. . still unlimited data for straight talk but protects Verizons network from parasitic broadband overload. .but I use my android alot and never went over 2gb. . but I know some people do but 2gb seems to be the norm limit on most prepay services

Theres 2 "kinds" of straight talk phones. . GSM and CDMA. . most Walmarts carry the GSM style which work off ATT and the CDMA works off Verizon. .example the Walmart here in Lenoir City sells the GSM versions. . including the Androids. Madisonville sells the CDMA versions as many areas around Mad town doesnt have an GSM coverage. . (the CDMA versions do not have an Android the last time I checked and I suspect they never will as Verizon is very sensitive as to what it will allow on their 3g and 4G overlays and I dont think they would embrace Straight Talks. . "all you can eat" on anything other than slower 1x data services). . I doubt the GSM models would work for you at all as ATT's coverage really sucks in rural areas. . and neither of the straight talk platforms offer the ability to roam on other networks. .I spent 6 1/2 years as a Technical Services Specialist for US Cellular and theres is one thing that I Learned GSM sucks. . .and Prepay of any kind not too stable for someone who goes to alot of different places and really needs their phone to work. Verizon has the best coverage in the nation bar none. . but there were still many places in the country where their post pay customers would roam on US Cellulars network as verizon would not have towers in those areas. . and certainly the reverse was true as well.

So I was playing with the can opener for the Bulgarian ammo spam cans. . you know. . seeing how it works. . as Ive never bought them before and man it works good. . cause I actually poked a hole in the can with very little effort. . so I went ahead and opened it up. Pretty good lookin ammo. . copper washed and sealed at both the primer and bullet to casing. . .looks like would be very good long term storage ammo

I hear ya mike on the frenzy and potential for corrosion...my buddy robert farnsworth down at farnsworth firearms...was telling me the corrosive nature of the yugo was so mild that it wasnt really any different from non corrosive...and i listened and about 2 weeks later it waz a 0000 steel wool and hoppes # 9 party for the maadi arm i had at the time....roberts a good man and always done me right...but he missed that one...lol

I noticed Classic Arms still shows it as in stock on their order page so I went ahead an ordered a 700 round can. . their shipping is a little high. .was $25.00 for a 35 lb can from NC to TN but it appears to be the best option

I miss that yugo at AIM. . Ive got about 500 rounds of it left counting whats loaded in mags. .heres to hope. . .I gave more for the Bulgarian than I wanted to when I got it from AIM but heck I was afraid not to get it. .I'll shoot the steel cased stuff. .I compare it to make out with an ugly woman. . it'll work but it just dont just quite hit the spot and you damn sure dont want your friends to see you doing it. . lol. . But 27 cents a round is crazy for steel cased. I'd hate to think Id have to sell my Polytech to get an AR because the ammo's cheaper. . crazy times. .

Is it me or is the brass cased 7.62x39 surplus drying up. . I know its an election year and all. . but theres hardly any yugo m67 left (sgammo has some but $129.99 for 520 rounds is higher than groceries to me). . the Bulgarian seems to have all dried up too. .AIM been out for a while and I noticed Classic Arms doesnt have it on their website anymore. Is there somewhere to check that I'm missing? I'm not hurting I've got 1400 rounds of the Bulgarian a little of the yugo left and about 1000 rounds of steel cased stuff but I'd like to rathole a little more. . .

Gen 4 Glock 26 in a desantis nemesis. . I recently got a IWB Fobus. . but I havent tried it yet. . .

I had never owned a Glock before I got my Gen 4 Glock 26 a few months ago. . I dont know anything about any other Glock but mine. . but if I loved my Glock anymore than I do right now I would have to write a Dear Penthouse Forum letter about it. . I did put a set of meprolights on it and added the Pierce extentions to the 3 mags. . not missed a beat through about 600 rounds or so. . I just slip it into a Desantis Nemesis pocket holster. . and away we go. .two stalwart friends on a whirlwind adventure. . just like Shrek And Donkey. .

I had a mini 14 once for about 2 weeks about 20 years ago. . I cant see me ever selling my Polytech sidefolder AKS but if I ever did I would entertain a mini 30 or mini 14 before an AR. . I cant think of a single advantage the AR has over a mini for the average gun owner. . I remember somones Avatar has something like "the mini 14. . . all the noise of an AR without the complications". . from what Ive been exposed to. . sounds about right to me. . .

More power to them the more they can get for their AK's the more I can justify my Preban Poly tech being worth. . .
