  1. Correct on the roller handle. I think I tossed my ball handle.
  2. My advice after loading for 30+ years. Purchase a led light that mounts in the center hole of the tool head. It will help greatly with visual inspection.
  3. You might be right Dirt Shooter. Didn’t I sell you a brick for $40.00 or $50.00? I didn’t plan on selling any more due to the times, but I saw a guy at Knob Creek that was losing his fingers due to severe burns. IMHO your playing with matches and gasoline.
  4. If your ever in Knoxville I might be able to help you out depending on what flavor of primers you need.
  5. Many years ago I had a Taurus which broke. They had a lifetime guarantee on their guns that the time. Don’t know if it’s still exist. Mailed the gun to their place in Miami. They fixed it and sent me an extra mag to make up for my shipping. PT-99
  6. “Stupid is as stupid does.”
  7. When asked, I always recommend a wheel gun for those of us that never see a range. Point and pull, that’s all they have to know.
  8. 300 rounds of 5.56 South African in heavy plastic battle packs. $300 per pack. Only have a couple. Some ammo will be back, but this will not. Photo tomorrow. PM me if interested. Prefer FTF.
  9. I always worried about the op rod with hand loads. So far so good after 30 years shooting my Garands. I use bl-c2 for factory powder. Last few years have been using surplus ball powder (much cheaper) with no data. Just work up a load.
  10. Thanks Chances R, just ordered a couple of thousand from DG. Never shot a PC round before, but there’s always a first time for everything.
  11. I’m interested as I also am a lefty. Back in the day in basic training with a M-14, I did many push-ups when a hot piece of brass went inside my tee shirt on a hot firing line. The drill instructor questioned my mother’s logic for letting me live. Little did he know that she was also left handed.
  12. My father-in-law was a master cabinet maker. I have coffee cans full of carbon steel wood screws. I will look through them and see if I can find what you seek.
  13. Top one is a reparkerized A1. Bottom one is an all original 1911.
  14. Liquidating my sister’s ammo. Need help with two boxes. 5.7x28mm and 9.7x28mm. What fires these two calipers? Thanks
  15. What interests your father? I have several M1s of all manufacturers ( 2 Winchester) plus several SKS’s and lots of ammo. Beware...this is a sellers market. Also have U.S. property marked 1911s and 1911A1s.
  16. Why not? It was designed to shoot corrosive ammo just like the .45ACP.
  17. I will keep them as I still have several firearms that the magazine covers.
  18. No thanks from Beltfed. Others might feel differently.
  19. I have a hex receiver Nagant. Never fired from Russian rebuild. Large case of 7.62x54R to go with it. The hex receiver is suppose to be the collectible one but I am not up on the Russian stuff.
  20. I have been shooting for many years. My old shooting buddies, and I mean old, are down sizing due to health problems and age. One of them reached out to me to see if I could get rid of his ammo. Word spread and I’m buying out other friends. I need more guns like I need a root canal. I collect U.S. military and got my eye on the 30-40 Craig however. I picked up what’s shown above yesterday. I hope to pass most of this on to east Tennesseans. The 7.62x39 will most likely go with the SKS. We will see what pops up next. I hope to have a AK-47S under folder shortly.
  21. I can’t believe my luck. I will be offering some of this for people that I can meet FTF around Knoxville.
  22. Bought from an old friend who is giving it up. Three cans including one from WWII. Can not ammo. Late date ammo.
  23. Chucktshoes has it right. Factory ammo is good to go.
